It is unacceptable to not honor the tax exempt, it is against the law.
The people that work there said their system is not working.
Customers who spend $100 could have saved between $8 to $10 if they honor my tax. Please fix the problem before going to the BBB complaint.

This is the cleanest and most well-stocked location I've ever been to in Oklahoma. And the manager and employees are nice and they greet you, which is extremely rare, anywhere you go. Not sure why so many bad reviews, but I will always shop at this location. Keep up the good work, guys. ??

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The manager was rude all bc she didn’t know how to do veteran tax exemption at her own store. I said “your sign right here says provide the card to you. It does not say register online”. This broad said I can refuse service to you. Mind you, I wasn’t yelling or causing commotion. Maybe it was the fact of what I looked like and my cap that read “melanin”. Idk, bc I certainly did not yell and I even said I wasn’t trying to argue. I said “I’m not trying to argue with you, I’m simply saying what the sign says by your register”. She repeats I can refuse service to you. At this point I’m like sure if you want to be a bish, then do so and I walked out. I will be filing a complaint and discrimination complaint to their cooperate office. ????

EVERY time we go there, products are not stocked, racks of goods are blocking every aisle. The last time we were there (yesterday) there were 8 people in line with 1 checker and the person in the back was standing there having a personal conversation with the poor lady trying to do her job, slowing her down, with apparently no thought to jumping in to help clear the line.WE LEFT!!

Never answers their phone despite the cashier being on her phone complaining about customers during check out. I had lost an item from my purse in the store and have called many times trying to see if it's in the lost and found. Since I won't be able to make it up there to check in person this week. Phone rang and rang morning and night shift no answer.
