Probably the dumbest move of goodwill that sells mostly used clothing would be to no having fitting rooms. Thats exactly what they did got rid of the fitting rooms. Guess I will have to come in with just my underwear to try things on.

If I could give a zero I would. Nick the assistant manager decided he wanted to discriminate against me because of a disability, and not hire me even though I am capable of doing the job. I refuse to go to Goodwill anymore.

I spent a lot of time gathering a lot of clothes to try on, only to find out there are no changing rooms! So I decided to buy most everything I found and then return what doesn't fit. And they assured me I can return whatever I want, a long as tag is still on, etc. But only when I suppressive asked, I was told I don't actually get a refund. Instead, it's a gift card that must be used there. And I don't live in the area and have no way of using a gift card. Additionally, all the racks were incredibly overcrowded and disorganized. Don't bother with this store!

Employee got aggressive with me for shopping the rack he just rolled out, even though i waited till he put it in the designated area just like the announcement says. I have been shopping here and many other OKC goodwill for years and have never been told i wasn’t allowed to do this. I tried to explain this but the employee was super rude and just stormed off. Employees at this location walk around with no name tags or uniform so i have no idea who the employee was.

We went here about an hour and a 1/2 before clothes. They were already starting to try and push people out. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude. The prices have gotten ridiculously high. Have adventure to stay there literally the highest prices i've seen in a thrift store. I've noticed a large decrease in the amount of people that are visiting. I think that's due to not only the lack of customer service and ability to interact and engage with customers but also the extreme high prices. I'm also not sure what happened with the color tags that go on sale. Because you used to be able to find some of those Here and there. And it seems as of late that there's rarely any. I don't know if they started pulling the color tags that are on sale early or getting ready to dispose of them. I'm not sure of it is definitely a major difference. I will say that the store is typically very clean and well . Organized

I absolutely love this store! I am here almost daily. That being said there is one cashier that isn't just slow, I feel like she does it on purpose. I have waited in line numerous times to check out and waited over 30-40 minutes for the two people in front of me to be checked out by that cashier. I'm to the point that I will just put my stuff back and go to another goodwill.
