1st of all, it was 18.99 for a kids buzz cut. The lady was rude and annoyed that I didn't check in online, being the 1st time I'd visited there. The same lady scolded my son for not getting his hair cut in her 4-6 week time frame. Not her place or business to tell my son when and what to do. His cut was good and fast. We got there 15 minutes after opening, and we waited about 20 minutes before bring called back. It took less than 10 minutes for his cut to be completed.

I went last night and got a trim of 5 inches and bangs from stylist Michelle. She did a great thorough job! She has a ton of years experience and I definitely would trust her in the future with my hair. Tired of spending a lot of money at various salons in the city and leaving disappointed. My hair cut was only 20 bucks. I would recommend her to anyone!

Hospitality is great, however both times I’ve had my haircut it was uneven. As well as my sons. They do honor the 7 day policy. Also tried to do a walk just to get sent away to get inline online, only for there to be a 0 min wait time.
