They refused to honor our appointment, which was made when we filed last year. We proved a copy of the appointment confirmation that was sent to us via text, but they still refused to honor our appointment citing that “there is nothing they can do because it is not in their system.” This is the same system that sent us the appointment confirmation. Very unprofessional and the clerk at the desk was full of attitude.
