They started charging me a fee for a dormant savings account. I went into this branch on 9/5/23 to request fees be refunded & my account closed (as I was advised over the phone). Spent 30mins there only to be told I would have to wait up to 48hrs for the fees to be refunded, at which point they would call me to come back to get my money. 3wks later, I called for a status as no one had called. I was told someone would call me back after researching it. It's now 11/15/23 & no one ever called me back. Fees still weren't refunded to my account. I was told I'd have to wait a over again for the refund. Already wasted enough time with this business. Account was closed. They handed me a closed envelope with cash - didn't even count it out to confirm it was all there. I will never recommend anyone deal with this bank.

I've had several company's try to charge my account with some items I never ordered, and they didn't let them go through my account. I've had them shut down my account until i called them. Because they didn't recognize me being in Florida. I was in Florida, but have a second account. I could use it with a debit card I get my social security on. S I wasn't cut off of money. It's totally free checking, what do you exspect?

If deposits and debits not showing up on the account continues to be an issue we’re gonna have to find another bank. I’ve never seen a bank with this many atm and app issues before. It’s at least twice weekly there’s some kind of issue.

The worst bank in OKC metro area. I would give less than one star if possible. Customer service is horrible. They only ever have one person with one lane open. That one person acts like your bothering her by coming to this location. I was actually thinking about opening a business account but thanks to their operations I’m going elsewhere.

You'll be lucky to get inside the lobby on any given day, due to staff shortage according to corporate. Also according to corporate, it will not be resolved anytime soon. If driving thru, be prepared to spend some time waiting even still.

Never go to this bank I've had an account for 5+ years now and have had nothing but fraudulent activity and horrible customer service. I try to take me pay check up there to cash it and I get told I can receive $100 and deposit the rest in my bank account but my bank account is locked because of fraudulent activity and even if I did deposit it in my bank account it would take 4 to 5 days to actually be deposit into my account. Not worth the time and I also agree with other reviewers customer services is trash they do not attend to you until you've been sitting for 15 minutes and they only have one employee working at all times

Went to take my son to open up his first checking account. Two ladies sitting at the computers. One lady was helping a customer and other lady I have no clue what she was doing. No customer in front of her. And last but not least NO ONE knowledge us!!!!!! So I took him to Arvest and we were greeted right away

Do you like waiting in lines because only 1 teller is working? Do you like them randomly closing for no reason at all (Monday Nov 18, 2019) got there about 3:30pm and they were closed for 'internal event'.

Gave a star because I have to. IBC doesn't care about their employees! Need better high management. I loved working there and the manager I had, until he quit. Than it turned into a hell show. Which makes it hard when you have such great customers!

One star only because you have to to be able to leave a review.. I would NEVER use this bank for my personal banking! I have to for the business I work for which has an account with IBC and I am the authorized user on the account. . But they are a big joke. I cash petty cash checks there monthly..every month it's a new face at the window so I have to sit there 15/20 min each time...always a long drawn out reason why they are unable to cash the checks through the drive up because I am not an actual customer. They end up talking to the manager and will cash it.. The teller said ALL managers quit..Go figure!

I love walking into a bank to a teller who say to wait on someone else (not a problem ). Then ,as i watch cars come in and out of the drive through , the teller starts to help only to stop and help someone else who had just walked in . Now ive been hear long enough to get upset then write this.
