I have had a KOHL'S card since 2002. I always buy my clothes and most of my accessories at KOHL'S. Have always had excellent Service and the Associates are always friendly and helpful

wife went into shop yesterday and tried to buy some clearance items but when checking out they rang up full price.The cashier told her she was sorry but items came up full price. Shoes were clearance too. If item scanned says full price they do nothing to help. Evidently, Kohl's is notorious for this! Wife left buying nothing and possibly not going back. Unfortunately many stores that mark things down never update their computers.

Employees are hard to find if you need help or want to check out. I have shopped here at different times of day and on different days of the week, same thing every time.
