Wasn't greeted when we entered the store never actually spoken to the whole time we was in the store for some reason . She did say bye lol she was very young but it was kinda rude I felt. People just don't have manners anymore I feel. This is our home town store. Lol I love this store

Been buying my Levi's at Langston's for more years than I can remember. Was greeted as I entered the store. Walked around and looked at some different things. They have a great sale can carhardts going on right now. I wasn't bothered by any staff which I appreciate but they were around if you needed help as I seen and heard them helping a few folks. Finally ended up by the Levi's which is why I was there. Picked up a black and blue pair of 501's which are the best ones in my opinion. Got to the counter and the lady was very nice. Used my cards plus a little extra. She bagged them for me and told me to have a great day. Good customer service and products. I think jeans are a little over priced overall everywhere but the value and quality of the Levi's is worth it.

Not a great experience, Cashiers were wonderful. Management were rude and didn’t help much at all. The young men in the boots were also not very helpful at all. Management was also not very respectful to any of their workers and smoked their e-cigarettes in the store. very unprofessional. will not return.

Store was decent. Lots of product but a little disorderly. Pricing seemed high on everything. Staff was friendly with the exception of one older man who acted like he didn't want to be there and didn't want customers to be there either. Asking him any questions was like being in trouble and made the experience kinda bad. Spent over six hundred dollars but will likely not return to this location because of that one guy.

This place has great product. It is clean and organized. I spent $$$ but it was worth the money. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the customer service was awful. The old man that was working there didn't want to help me. I kept asking him what kind of boots to buy, hoping he could help me pick some out. Several times I went and asked questions before he came over and help me find the boots. And this was only after a female employee told him to go help me. Other than that it was a great store.
