“Bailey is the absolute BEST!!! She wasn't pushy and trying to push what we DON'T NEED JUST FOR A SALE! She made sure we KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WE'RE PAYING FOR, took TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING! On top of that she gave us a MUCH CHEAPER RATE THAT WAS CHEAPER THAN: Progressive, ALL STATE, ROOT and LIBERTY!!!! Her customer service is what EVERYONE SHOULD DISPLAY WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS!!!! Bailey, thank you! We left State Farm, because we didn't like the customer service, unexplained rate increase. Came back because Bailey got the price back down to reality and her CUSTOMER SERVICE is top tier!!! I can't rave enough about customer service because, MOST PEOPLE/COMPANIES DON'T CARE about customer service, only about $$$. Bailey CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER and tries to make sure she gets you the BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!!! All while going over everything so you're not getting something you DON'T NEED or WANT!!!!”
