If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I specifically came to this location yesterday because another location told us they not only had an item in stock, but had 48 in stock. I drove out there (roughly 30min away from where I was) and immediately began searching for what I needed. I immediately saw an employee to ask to point me in the direction whom said to go down to where they "should" be. I searched the isle and was unable to find what I needed. I finally saw another employee to ask for help, Allen. Allen decided that walking 4 feet ahead of me while talking was the best way for me to be able to talk to him. He then acted annoyed because I was feet away from him when he was trying to point out that the box was on the top shelf. When I finally was able to catch up to him and hear him explain that he has to have Manager permission to get the box down. I questioned why he couldn't just ask because I specifically drove here as the app stated they had them in stock. He then took off again to find his Manager and I just stayed put. He never returned. I had to walk around to find him and his Manager. His Manager explained that they were not allowed to take the box down because they were currently under inventory that began on Monday. I asked why that was an issue when the app showed that if I ordered the item through the app, it would be ready within an hour and Allen began to chuckle and I immediately said, "I'm glad this is humerus to you as I stand here trying to ask how this makes sense". Allen's Manager explained that unfortunately no matter what, they were not allowed to get the box down to give me one as it was against their process since inventory started on Monday. I asked if he could please look for another location who had one in stock that I could walk in and get and he looked it up and told me. My frustration with the entire trip is that it's already difficult to walk into places this large and find anyone who can help. Then when I did, I received what felt like, an associate who was the most difficult and had no willingness to help. The Manager stood there to hear my frustration and witnessed Allen chuckling at my frustration but never once did he apologize or understand that he should have done some sort of recovery. L Needless to say, I ordered the item at another location and picked it up this morning. I've made a mental note to not go back to this specific location unless I am in a desperate situation.

Purchased refrigerator & returned it after delivery. The product isn't the problem as much as the CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have made so many phone calls. MWC store says call Lowes delivery, Lowes delivery says call manufacture, manufacture says call MWC store. Everybody wanting someone else to do the work. Called Shawnee store, spoke a few times & they even called me back. Great customer service by Zay, he really tried to help but couldn't refund money since I didn't purchase from Shawnee. So called MWC Lowes store & was told to call Lowes delivery & customer care said call the MWC store. I had to hold on the phone while they made sure they had the returned product & they finally located it. Their system wouldn't let them return the protection plan purchased & they have to return frig at the same time. After spending 1 hour and 20 minutes on the phone a manager will call me back once they figure out how to do a return. They said it would be the same day 9/15/23. Nobody called. Protection Plan was credited today, 9/16/23. I called the MWC Lowes & was told they can't refund refrigerator because frig needs to be at the Edmond location before they can refund. They have had item for 5 days & done nothing & it is my problem? Sadly when refrigerator was picked, crew said MWC doesn't care about the customers or maybe Lowes refund policy doesn't let them. After being on the phone for another 42 minutes I have received my money.

This the worst Lowes we have ever been in and its NOT the employees. We ordered a normal washer and dyer it been delayed twice. 1st time they forgot something at the warehouse which delayed it a week and a promise they would get it next week. Well here is next week and its been delayed again! At least we got an update this time, $1600 and a month later still nothing. The store #2574 and we will never shop at this location again. 7151 SE 29th street Midwest City, OK 73110.

I bought a ceiling fan at another Lowes in SW OKC just because I was nearby on another errand. I waited until the next day to install and it worked but did not move as much air as I had hoped for but left it running and a few hours later it had totally turned off light and all. I checked my wiring and all was good. I again I waited til the next day to uninstall and pack back in the original box. I checked on their web site to see their return policy and it said return to any Lowes location so MWC here I come as it is closest to my home. They refused to exchange because it had been installed and I would have to take my problem to the manufacturer for remedy. Spoke to 3 different people all claiming to be a manager of some level, all denied return.Grabbed it back up with receipt in hand went back to original store and was very promptly refunded and apologized to for the inconvenge of having to take it down again. from now on I will drive the extra distance for this store MWC can Pound Sand.Appears this is a thing at the MWC store according to a few other reviews

your new return policy is horrible! I hold the Lowe's credit card and was told I couldn't exchange a tool that broke and to call the company that makes them. They said they couldn't find my purchase or my account! the couple times I've tried to return or exchange anything they have made it almost impossible. looks like I will be going elsewhere from now one. MWC location.

Never in my life have I had an enjoyable experience in a Lowe's. When I found out that I needed a new lawn mower I was dreading having to come here and purchase one. When I got here I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly customer service and help I was greeted with. The staff here helped me when I rang up the wrong lawnmower and even got on the lift to get the right one. Jess especially was great and helped me find the most cost efficient one for my budget. She was incredibly knowledgeable about her work and spend a lot of time comparing lawnmowers without pushing us a certain way. Heaven at the register was very soft spoken and understanding when we rang up the wrong items. She made us laugh while working with us after we became frustrated. She was very well trained with working with long lines and had very strong customer service.

This is a great Lowes location in the MWC area. This is located off SE 29TH right across the street from Tinker AFB, which is a very busy part of town. I've been coming here for several years but it's been a while since my last visit. The customer service is always pretty good. I definitely recommend this location.

I rented a carpet cleaner for 24 hours, and cleaned the carpet in one room of my house. I returned it the next day, and the "customer service" associate (Desi) asked me "Did you clean it?" I told her that I didn't, and she said there was a $20 dollar cleaning fee, and I would not get my deposit ($29.99) back. She told me it was policy, and pointed to a page inside a notebook kept closed behind the counter. I was told nothing about cleaning the machine before returning it, and nothing about any policies. I left the store, and took the machine to a car wash and cleaned it. I expressed my displeasure with a manager (Demetrious), and he didn't really care. I promise it's going to cost Lowes way more in lost business than the $50 they were hassling me with. Shortsighted people. Poor management = poor training = poor service = unhappy customers = lost revenue.

Customer service was terrible. Waited for over 39 min for someone to assist with getting items off the top shelf. No one ever came. Ended up getting a Little Giant ladder (highly recommend!) and getting the items down on my own.

I bought a stove on Black Friday was told it would be delivered on the 29th of November at 8:00 am called at 9am they stated I should get it between 10am thru 2pm still hadn't received it I called spoke to some women in appliance she was rude let me know the truck is out and I didn't have to pay for delivery it was free... I guess because it was free I needed to wait don't worry about the time!!! Definitely won't be going there anymore!!!! Mr Lowe's Train your workers!!!

Poor customer service!Bought a Graco paint Sprayer and upon using it the hose and trigger assembly leaked paint profusely. I tried to return for a replacement or refund but was told w/out a receipt they couldn't help and I had to contact the manufacturer. When I questioned that policy the customer service rep literally looked around me and said next to the person behind me. My family and I have spent a small fortune in Lowe's over the past 2 decades but hey what's that matter to a customer service rep. I guess I'll be shopping at Home Depot going forward unless a manager convinces me otherwise!

Not crowded (Friday evening)Cons:1. Did not have the various appliances we sought in inventorySummary:Duan over in the appliances was super friendly and willing to help! Really appreciated them and do plan to return.Just be aware what you look at may not be in inventory at the location and so you may have to wait for it if you can.

Absolutely zero stars for lowes Midwest City Ok! I will never step foot in this place again. It's a fucking joke. Store managers do not train their employees and a employee told me, after he called for a store manager 3 times, that the store managers usually don't come on the floor..... even after he called over the intercom 3 times??? I had to go to customer service for them to call her directly. So they basically sit in the office doing nothing all day, makes since because their employees are rude, don't know what's in stock so they sell things they don't even have, and they never answer their phones. The reason I had to talk to a store manager was because I bought a washer and dryer Friday and was told they had both in stock and they will deliver on Sunday. Sunday comes and I haven't heard anything so I call and they give a time frame of 2-4pm then a little later saying they are delayed now 2-6pm. I waited til 7pm to try to call someone and couldn't get anyone that knew anything. My boyfriend had to go up there for them to tell him they forgot to put it on the truck. So the next day we were able to be home for it was Wednesday. I get a call Wednesday morning from the delivery director, again someone that does not know how to do his job, saying they can deliver the washer today but the dryer wouldn't be in until Thursday so they can deliver the dryer Friday. I was immediately confused and pissed. NO told us we were waiting for a dryer!! I again started calling someone to get an understanding of what was happening but again no one answered. So I had to go to the store the and the ONLY helpful person I talked to was Caleb I believe his name was. He was very nice and understanding and he was able to inform me that they did not have a dryer in stock on Friday our sales person was wrong and they wouldn't be getting anymore in until Thursday. This whole process has been the most frustrating thing I've had to deal with for a "big" company. On Sunday night I got a call from the guy who sold it to us because it was there was a problem with delivery and he was checking on it. I had to tell him and explain in detail what happens, that they didn't even deliver it, he said he was give was 25% of our money back then. So Wednesday when I went to figure out where our dry was I had to talk to the store manager for my money back and after I explained to her that I've had to stay home 2 days from work and now I have to stay home again because they don't know how to do their job... she said 25% back is all they can do and actually that's the max they can do, like what a fucking joke. She then tried to blame the "third party" delivery people, if you don't have the dryer in store and sell it THAT IS YOUR FAULT. Shannon or Shandra is the manager. i don't typically leave reviews but I really do not want anyone else to go through this when it is avoidable but using someone else....ANYONE ELSE! Facebook people are more reliable than them. Do not try to pick up either because they will rudely tell you to move your vehicle and then you'll have to wait more than an hour for them to load it up, my boss waited an hour and canceled his whole order. Overall: Lowes Midwest City ok has the worst customer service, poorly trained employees, and store managers that do nothing!
