Metro is the worst company I've ever tried to do business with. System always down, they try and over charge you, and don't honor there own deals. Not to mention lie to your face. Not worth it.

Bryant and Gabe were absolutely amazing in helping my mother and I to be able to upgrade our phones! We have been with Metro for over 5 years and they were professional and knowledgeable in helping us find discounts and the best phones for our needs. I highly recommend going and seeing them for your next upgrafe!

I (Sabrina G) went in the store to add a line to my plan and the guys in there was so nice shout out to the both of them. Gabe assisted us, informed us on what we were getting and gave the prices of my new monthly plans and even added a discount on a phone case. I highly recommend if u r in the area and is needing a new phone or if ur an existing customer stop at this location. They are very great employees. GABE AND THE GUY (sorry I didn't get ur name) U GUYS ROCK!!!

Went to metro got a phone through smart pay. My wife went to this location a few days later around first of march to get a phone they took all her info ran it and then advised her they didn't have the phone she wanted. We went back on our bank account looking into it and been getting this charge for 8 months now and got it removed from the account through smartpay and neither of our names was linked to account. Called store and the boss was not trying to help any. So I advised them I'll contact my bank and file charges so an investigation can be started and they got quiet and didn't know what to do. We shall see how this investigation turns out. Hope they catch the thief that did this

I went into this store to set up phone service. I got three lines and two different styles of devices. The devices that I wanted were not available, although they were advertised and that was disappointing.I'm giving 5 stars for the excellent customer service though. I was assisted by both Bryant and Krister. They helped me select comparable devices and suggested ways to save money on my monthly bill. They are courteous and respectful and I'm really glad that they were in store to assist me.

They stole money from us. The toothless manager snuck a screen protector in my bag, and charged me $30 for it. I went back the next day to return it, and toothless refused. I called corporate after, and was told I would be getting a refund and to return it the next day. I went back to the store to return the screen protector that I DID NOT ask for, and once again toothless refused even after I told him corporate had said I was getting refunded. According to toothless, this particular metro is privately owned and does not follow the same rules as the other metro by T-Mobiles, regardless of what their receipt says (it also states I can get a refund.) Anyways, thieves with a bad dental plan, smh. Sad.

Was not open , drove all the way across town to see that google and there customer care were wrong . Apparently this location just opens when the feel like it and store hours listed are irrelevant
