PLEASE RESPOND TO LIMITED 24-HOUR ACCESS ISSUE. (You responded to the broken equipment issue, which has NOT been resolved.)
"Called about the 24-hour access. I was told members whose health insurance covered membership would have to pay a $10/month fee for the additional access. I was informed those on scholarship and those with "normal" membership did not have to pay the additional fee.
Please explain this decision and disclose who made this decision.
Thank you.

Very friendly staff and members make workouts enjoyable!
I would have given 5++ stars if not for how many and how long the strength and cardio equipment are unusable, waiting for repair.

I would not waste your money signing your kids up through any sports offered by ymca. The first game no one knew who our coach was, the last 3 games he didn’t show up. They didn’t know any of the players names. One game they only let them play 15 mins. The next week they only had 4 kids show up and said we could do a 2 v 2 IF we wanted. I thought it would be fun for my 5 year old to get an idea of what it’s like to play on a team and to play a sport but got absolutely none of that here. I even tried emailing the director about getting a portion refunded since we didn’t get to play and got no response.

Horrible experience. Kids basketball was definitely a never again. Used uniforms but paid full administrative fees and uniform fees almost $200. Yes. They are used. You can take the shorts, and the jersey put them against each other and see the color difference from continuous washes. Unorganized practices( (If you can call them that), scheduling of game information was a lack of or misinformation. Finished the season and received the cheapest medals you can buy. Tell me you're pocketing the money without telling me you pocketed the money. So much for being Thunder sponsored.
Ok, and as far as the YMCA staff is unprofessional, I remember the first day I walked in lost to where to go and what to. The staff had to be yelled at to get attention to ask for clarification.
There is no need to get in contact with me because I wouldn't do business with this organization again.

A lot of the female staff are rude. They pick and choose who they feel should abide by the rules that constantly change. It's suppose to be a family environment and yet they'll stop family from working out as we see fit. I over looked a lot of it. But couldn't take when it started to effect my children.

Paid $100+ for my child to participate in the basketball developmental league, but the kids (team) can't even utilize the gym for practices. Not even 30 minutes prior to the game! How are they supposed to "learn" any basketball skills? Total ripoff.
And as for the response from YMCA, you can go to their website for proof that this was not advertised as "game only" but as a developmental league as I stated. (See photo)

Waited in line to purchase a shirt for my child’s summer camp for about 15 minutes with two people ahead of me and a man skipped the line and was helped immediately, when I called it out, he stated it’s not a big deal and he won’t be long and Mr. Shade Jalo continued helping him asking for us to not argue. Incredibly impolite from the patron and unprofessional from the staff.

Had an amazing experience. We joined the YMCA today. We have a large family and Kelly L. made our experience quick and easy. I can't wait to use the facility.

Yet again, basketball court is closed. Will not allow kids to play after 4:30 PM we arrived at 5:30 PM. No one is on the courts and no one is allowed to be on the courts. There is no reason for that. I pay my dues that should include the basketball courts as long as no one‘s on their practicing. I disagree with it being closed. this YMCA, I will not return to. Members beware

Good staff, workout equipment is always clean and sorted properly, and you get to meet other people who frequent the place.

There's a lot of people that work there but they're not very helpful if you're older I was using machines right in front of their desk while they were sitting there and they didn't explain to me that I was doing it wrong kind of snotty people
