I went in to Midwest City store hoping to get some screws for my Dell laptop back cover. Kevin worked above and beyond to locate some screws (tiny little things) and located two and repaired it. Good going Kevin! Thank you!

Josh was so kind and quick to help me and so was Izak they made sure I got everything I needed and even asked if I needed help take my thing back to me car I had quite a lot 😅 but you know how being and independent girly be lol thank you guy so much for y'all's help and for how sweet and kind you guys were I know Im just a random person but it was refreshing and a pleasure to meet ya's !

Office Depot printing department really came through. I had them print a program for me. They did it ahead if schedule and it was perfect. Unfortunately, I had left an error on the program. They quickly re-printed a corrected program and really saved the day. Thank you Office Depot.

As a business owner, it sad we have our employee sitting on hold with Best Buy to pick up there phone for 15 min to getting a message asking to leave a message not one not twice but 3 time. ARE WE SERIOUS!!!!

3 MAY 2024 ... DESPITE PROMISES, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND!
I would give a negative if possible.
I signed up for "Business Select" and canceled within the trial period. I was assured no funds would be withdrawn from my bank account.
$49 WAS withdrawn on 16 APR 24.
Spoke with manager on 16th and again on the 19th. On the 16th, I was told the refund would take 24-48 hours. On the 19th, I was told by the store manager, I would have to contact corporate. Corporate told me they could not find proof they took the $49; it would take 10-15 business days for them to investigate.
Called corporate on 30 APR; told they will "start investigation" (again?) and that it would take an additional 15-17 business days! Customer Service rep (Nicole - 1020629) hung up on me!
Called back. I was offered "Reward Points" in lieu of the $49! Was informed I'll receive an email within 24 hours.
I have my bank statement as proof of the withdraw.

I had to drag myself out of Office Depot today with only a clipboard! You talk about a bunch of selections of clipboards, it was hard for me to decide what I wanted! And then when I got to looking around the store, they have all kinds of stuff I want! But this was what I needed!
