Do not how to work their own pumps. Telling me sometimes the card reader at the pumps doesn’t work to come in. Yet the pump was on a select a service.

I went to On Cue and tried to buy a powerball line. A guy said that we could do customized numbers for it. But then, a young girl came and said that they can’t do that because they would get in trouble. LIKE WHAT THE HECK! The guy said yes but the girl said no! I THINK THAT GIRL WAS JUST LAZY AND VERY RUDE! SHE LIED TO ME SAYING I COULD MY A TICKET ONLINE. I then went to another On Cue store and they could do it. This is such a terrible experience.

Kela and Jamie, I went to onCue and I was having a bad day and I saw kela and Jamie and they made my day they were very sweet and nice they talked to me and gave me a hug they were just very nice!.

Finding customer service employees that are not only good at their job, but are also kind and compassionate is hard to do. You hit the target twice, with Jaymie and Kela! They make customers feel special, welcome, and actually appreciated. They make me smile every single time, and more than likely I'm going to laugh my butt off out the door. Lately, have been out of a few things I come in for, but I'm used to seeing those two, so I'll settle for something else. I'd like to say I enjoy shopping here. It's different. It's an experience. Especially when they're here doing their thang! Special shout out to Keith, Luke, and Nayeli! Thanks for being on cue!

Bought gas and iced, paid at self service checkout. Machine offered no receipt. When asked clerk for receipt, he was unable to retrieve one on his register and informed me that machine should have asked me if I wanted receipt. Machine did not offer me a receipt. I did get gas, but I need receipt also when I pay with card. Hopefully, this problem can be addressed. We need receipts for account balancing.

I really don’t understand why a quick stop would have self check out. There are so many things in the store that do not have barcodes to scan that it seems pure nonsense to me. Convenience store is meant to be convenient.

The clerks are always welcoming and know me pretty well since I come in a few times a day to refill my ice cups lol. I also buy beverages and snacks, but I always have to get a cup of ice since theirs is the best.
