To the woman working the front at 5:55 a.m. on December 22nd, you're a nasty human! No reason this early in your shift should you be this absolutely rude and you're. No one is treated with respect by you. We are a problem for walking in and making sure you have a paycheck LOL you're nasty! Fix your attitude! It's too early in the morning to be treated with disrespect

This oncue is the worst. The black woman always working in the mornings needs a attitude change. She looks at me as if I came in to steal stuff and watches me pay for my items at self checkout. I cannot stand her. She is very rude and unprofessional and that's an employee that needs to go if you want to continue keeping your business coming.

Kiki has the worst customer service in a while I counted out a dollar handed it to her and instead of counting in front of me she put my chain on top of the register and they came down we gave her 7 cents I end up having to put one of the two donuts back that I wanted after doing so I realized I had enough points that I could have used them to go back in for Ted donut but after her negativity and non-caring attitude I didn't even want to donate from your store anymore I probably won't even be back for another coffee

Need to update their fastlane computer system take money off my card still couldn't get my items I purchased because on y'all computer it said declined but on the fastlane computer it was approved still walk out empty handed and the money hasn't came back to my card if it was declined

Employees are rude and smack their gum in your face and charge you for ice water in our own cups. This store needs to get their priorities straight and learn customer service and respect.

This is the first gas station I have ever been to that a cashier followed me around the whole store. I came in to look for a specific bag of pretzels and I was having trouble finding it. I was uninterested in distracting her from her work so I did not ask. After a few minutes of her uncomfortable staring I went ahead and left. I was bummed already that the self checkouts were closed. Not a fan of small talk so the self checkout is a lifesaver and helps avoid pointless conversation with strangers. Can't wait to see the day that the place is entirely automated and people can do more creative and useful things with their time than staring at customers.

The morning cashier at this location is RUDE as hell. She treats people any way that she wants and she isn't worried about being in trouble for it. Complained to the manager, management doesn't care. They are just as bad as their employees. I will not give this location my business again. Oncue DOES NOT care about good customer service.
