SARAH What a GREAT customer experience…..
I flew in from out of town to pick up my antique car and close out the unit. After a day of run arounds with the transport company (Wed), who was to pick up and deliver the car.
They came the next day (Thurs) but that location was closed. The truck driver needed to come through the large manual gate. As he could not maneuver the truck through the electronic gate using my code.
I was worried cause I was flying out the next day. And they were closed, the office lights were off!
But Sarah the onsite property manager went ABOVE & BEYOND! It was her day off and she still helped by opening the gate. She put me & the company above herself.
I am soooooooooo thankful! Again THANK YOU SARAH!

I was able to make all my arrangements online. It was simple to do. Online option was great since I was able to make my arrangements after hours at my convenience. The unit has easy access and staff is very helpful. Glad I chose this storage facility.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at storage unit. My unit was raised 29 dollars with out notifying me or me agreeing to it. Also they could not for the life of them get their auto pay to work correctly.

I absolutely love this place! The property manager and workers there are amazing and very kind! I’ve used this storage 4 times now and have never had a problem here. 100% recommend using this storage! Sarah and Lindsey are amazing!
