The pricing looked decent at first, but this storage facility hit me with hidden fees after I signed up online. I was told it would be a flat monthly rate, but my bill came stacked with extra charges, insurance, miscellaneous fees, you name it. And don’t be late: they’ll tack on a $20 late fee just five days after your due date. On top of that, there’s a $75 auction fee and another $20 if you need to cut your lock. So if you’re considering this place, read the fine print and stay on top of your payments. They did work with me eventually, and I got all my things out. But when I arrived, I was warned about a spider infestation. I had to leave my items outside and spray everything down before bringing it into my home. Just be cautious, especially if you’re storing anything sensitive.

Secure care self storage is the best place to rent a storage building. JC is so helpful and very nice and friendly. Stop by the one on Air Depot!!

They took advantage of my grandmother when the new management took over. The previous owners were good, but the new ones do not know how to run their business and have been insulting to some of the customers. If you try to dispose of any trash, don't attempt to throw it in their dumpster; they seem to think it is only for their personal use, even though it's intended for the public. Because of this, we removed all our belongings and will not recommend this place. Additionally, make sure to read through your contracts thoroughly, as they added $60 to my grandmother's bill every so often. If you want a storage facility where you are treated like family, go to U Store.

The only part of renting here I liked was Cherise. She was great at keeping the place up and real nice. There were issues left and right with their website not working and the office being closed now too. It's barely even open now, 16 hours total during the whole week.

I recently moved units here. I called that day paid the extra to switch over and moved my unit that day. They tried charging me more money. I called the manager up there he said not to worry, then I spoke with the company and they said it was their fault not to worry. I came to my unit today there is a red lock and they refuse to get anyone here to help me or speak to another manager. I asked them to call the man who runs the place and they refused. I would not do business here they do not have very good organization.

Great place to rent from. Cherise is awesome to deal with. Always ready to help if you need something.
The property is always clean and easy to get around on. Need a place to rent a storage unit, I would highly recommend securcare self storage on air depot in M.W.C. OK..

For some reason the automatic payment service over charged me, I made one call and had my refund with in 10 mins....thank you so much to the manager for being so helpful and professional.
