On my most recent visit to this store, it was to ask questions about my current plan. I arrived when the store opened. The clerk who was assigned to assist me appeared to be put out when she heard I was there just for a question. She was short bordering on rude, if this was at the end of the day I could understand the attitude, but not first thing in the morning.The last visit I had to this location was about a year ago when my wife and moved our cell service to T-Mobile. The gentleman who assisted us was very professional and provided excellent customer service. If I had reviewed this location at that time I would have given a five-star rating due to the excellent customer service.After my last experience, I have lowered the rating to 2.5 stars (since Google only permits full stars I rounded this up to 3), which is my rating in January 2024.

Romero had me in and out in less than 5 minutes setting up my phone and watch. Thank you so much Romero!!! From now on we will only go to t mobile in mwc!

Hello My husband and I stopped by today for new phones. We had the delighted pleasure of being helped by in my view the brightest of fellows there.Brandon took time to come and help the both of us achieve exactly what we described to him what we were there looking for in a cell. We asked lots of questions and he was sweet about the whole process. Brandon is very knowledgeable and wise in this line of business.if you have any problems with anything he is the one you want to see just look for the young good looking gentleman and he will have you in and out in a wink. Thanks Brandon and Thank you T-Mobile for employing such a young wise wizard deserving of praise and definitely a raise .

There staff at almost all stores are rude and just suck trying to pay a bill I waited a hour and half I dropped t mobile I have there 5g wifi device I will find a t mobile store and drop it off they can mail it back I'm done with this company I was paying 269 a month for my phone after it was paid off that's stupid

I live in Shawnee, with that said the T-Mobile store here is absolutely worthless. However this particular T-Mobile store in Midwest City is awesome. They know what they're talking about and if they aren't too familiar with a situation they do research and find an answer for you. I'll drive the 20-30 minutes to go to this establishment from now on. I will not entertain the store in Shawnee ever again.

Bought the phone online and chose to pick it up in store. The next day on my way there, I get a text "thanking me for picking up my device. "....... so after I get there I'm told that my phone was given away but they would refund my money and I could get another one and they would just charge my card again. Um, NO, I want my phone, I left, went to the choctaw store and walked out with a free S23+, a watch, and a free line.

I was helped by Jose! Not only was he polite and professional but he installed several security apps on my phone which help protect it.Not only that, he saved me $5 on my bill. Thank you, T-Mobile, he is a keeper!

I purchased a new phone yesterday and had a very positive experience. The young man who helped me was professional and courteous. The entire process took less than an hour, including transfer of my contacts, files and photos from the old phone. I did not purchase a high end phone, so I wondered about the service. No worries! I'm happy with both the phone and the store!

Went to get hi-speed wifi for home. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. I'm loving the 5G hi-speed internet.
