I spent $304.38 on a faulty window unit ....y credit card was compromised and now they won't give me my money back...they give me store credit ....I don't want store credit for 304 dollars....
I try to sell this card for cash and loose money...but they will NEVER get my business again....you guys suck ...fro. now on only Lowes
Also the girl never checked the item...I had some window insulation on the return ..
Did not get this on refund...now I have to travel again to the mwc store from Spencer to get my additional money on a return card...
As I said....

I recently had the pleasure of working with Larry in the millwork department at Home Depot while designing a custom front door for my home. From the moment we approached him, Larry was incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to understand our needs and preferences. We had previously received a quote from a competitor store that was significantly higher, but Larry helped us find a door that not only met our style requirements but also came in well below that price. His thoroughness ensured that we considered every detail, and his suggestions made the process not only easier but enjoyable.

BUYER BEWARE!! Do not buy appliances from Home Depot. I am writing this for my Elderly Disabled Mother who ordered a matching set of washer and dryer back in the 1st of September. The washer worked but the dryer did not. They took the dryer back and then 2 weeks later they brought a washer back instead of a dryer. Now they still haven't brought her a dryer. Now they are claiming to do it in the end of October. Home Depot won't take back the washer because it's been past 5 days. But that is they're fault.
Now they say they don't make the dryer anymore. Home Depot is so corrupt that they can't even make this right. This is total abuse of a Disabled homebound person. They should replace them with something that is still made. The excuse to not return the money, take back the washer and or replace the whole set is the right thing to do. Home Depot isdso corrupt that they make it impossible to ever do business with them again. PLEASE DON'T BUY THESE PRODUCTS FROM HOME DEPOT WHEN THEY CAN'T EVEN FIX A PROBLEM THEY MADE. She can't even leave her home to go to a laundry mat. Really bad!!!

Ran down the street to the competitor several days ago. They absolutely did not want to help when I was asking questions. Left and went to Home Depot. I couldn't ask for a better experience! I was offered assistance at multiple aisles. Everyone was so willing to answer my questions and direct me. But the best of the best was Jessie back in lumber! Thank you so much Home Depot for each of these amazing employees!!!!

My husband and I came in and needed blinds and needed them cut. Marquise was very helpful. He was polite and did a great job. He definitely is what is good about the home Depot brand.

Needed a reel mower due to my 25' gas mower breaking down, was helped by 5 star employees and the lady who was helping me because I get confused on self checkout, let me know the Scott's 16' reel mower will do the job , and she was correct, haven't used a reel mower in 30 years

Went in bought 3 breadboard. Long story short charged for 7 not 3 and price was 44.00 per not 30.82. Had carried out to truck ?. Poor service
I went in today to buy a batter chain saw. You can buy the saw buy have to buy online to get one with battery and charger..
Employees were nice but fighting a losing battle.
