They worked with my AAA Texas insurance to get the parts ordered and replaced, and there were no unexpected charges or hiccups along the way, all for a completely reasonable price. The whole process from start to finish took a little more than 2 weeks. On top of all that, my car looked like new with all the replacement parts, AND was washed and detailed for me when I picked up it! Very very highly recommend this business. I would give 10 stars if I could.”

“My car was stolen in the wee hours of the morning, once the vehicle was recovered by MWCPD I reached out to McConnels for help getting it unlocked as, whoever stole it also took the keys for my vehicle. They went absolutely above and beyond to help me out. This is the second time this year that we have had to use them for towing services. I would recommend them to any and everyone! The gentleman that answers the phone is the boss and he is so kind and compassionate. I wish there was an option to give them more than 5 stars because I absolutely would!!!”

“My alternator went out in freezing conditions after hours, so my car wouldn't even turn on as I was stuck. After calling multiple places and being told that they would either have to call me back or that it would be multiple hours, I finally found them. They were super responsive and helpful and even offered to take me to my house after they dropped my car off at the garage! The price was totally reasonable too!”

He called me and let me know that he would try oem and see if that would work and it did. “Kenny was great. Steady and professional and changed my tire quickly.. For being stuck on the side of the road in the rain, he made it as enjoyable an experience as it could have been. He pulled away and watched to ensure I got on my way. Good thing ... turned out I had two flat and needed a tow! ArrgPat, the owner, is a little gruff on the phon. There was a miss print on the bill. He took one look at the bill and changed it without hesitation.His wife is sweet as pie.”

“Didn’t know great people worked at tow and impound lots.
We are an out of state lienholder and was able to get detailed information about our vehicle before we made the trip. Very helpful with what paperwork was needed so we were prepared when picking up truck. Being prepared made the release smooth and painless, well, other than having to pay for it. They were firm but fair with the fees since they are regulated by the state.”
“It was a COLD RAINY night in January. All tow trucks were very busy with ice related accidents. They kept in touch with me concerning their schedule. When their driver, Chris Cherry , arrived AT 8pm, he could not get my automatic transmission into neutral to pull it out of my garage to hook up. He had a mechanical background, and after about 30 minutes he figured a way to temporarily fix the transmission problem. During this time, he was very cheerful and positive minded. This is after he already had a very busy full day. He told me to go to Auto Zone the next day and what part to buy and showed me how to permanently replace and repair my linkage problem. Auto Zone bill was $10.50. Took me 15 minutes to do what he instructed me to do. I saved about $200 shop bill. He went above and beyond with his help. I highly recommend Chris Cherry at American tow, and thank the owner, Brian for employing drivers like Chris. Great experience. Jerre Bodin. Norman”
