JUST GO TO LUNDYS FOR PROPANE!!! Won’t fill propane in a little rain. I’ve had issues here several times filling my tanks. To the point I question why they even offer the service if it’s so hard to actually get it. Wether it’s there’s not someone there who can fill it, wether your tank is certified good for another two years and they refuse to fill it, a little rain, they’re out of propane. Just go to Lundy’s four miles up the road and save the hassle. It’s seriously about fifty percent of the time they’re capable and willing to do it.

This was my first time using a U-Haul Company and it will be my last time! I made a reservation online to pick up a truck at 7:30 AM, I received a confirmation through email of my reservation and I also called the store the day before my reservation to confirm the details. I showed up on the morning of my reservation and attempted to check in at 7:30 AM. I could not check in using the app, so I had to call U-Haul directly. I was told that I was not scheduled for a mobile pick up at 7:30 AM and we need to wait until 9 AM when the store opened. I read her the email and showed her the other verifications that I had received and the lady I spoke to tried to get me checked in. After 30 minutes of going through the verification process and getting a code for the lock box, I opened it and there is no key for the truck inside. The manager of the store came up to get the key, well over an hour after my scheduled time and when I asked her how they were going to rectify the situation, she tried to gaslight me telling me that my reservation was not until 8:30 AM! I quickly showed her all of the documentation I had showing 7:30AM. Her response was, "well that's not what I saw". I am still waiting to see if they make things right.So far, the people at this sore have proven to be rude and incompetent. If you are needing to rent a truck to move, I would highly recommend looking into other options.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The guy who helped us was rude, unhelpful, and beyond condescending. Okay, the customer service was so very bad that I feel the need to share the whole experience. My daughter wanted to rent a 20' truck. We went in and rude guy (didn't give his name, nor was he wearing a name tag) said they didn't have a 20' available, but he did have 15' or 26'. I told my daughter, who has never driven a big truck, that the 26' is a really big truck. Rude guy rolls his eyes and says "it's only 6' longer." So, my daughter chooses the 26'. Rude guy brings it around and rolls his eyes again when my daughter asks to be shown how the latch on the back works. I guess he assumes every person he rents to has driven a big truck.We ended up having to return it about a half hour later because it's just way to big for my daughter to drive. She asked to deal with someone else when we got back to exchange it for the smaller one. The girl we dealt with for it was not any better. We dealt with several snide comments from her, especially when we asked if it could be changed from a one-way to a round trip. She said "you should have changed that when you rented the big one." She had to call someone to help her change the truck in the computer and was not capable of doing the price difference. The whole time she kept looking at her watch and sighing. I'm sorry we kept her past the closing time a few minutes. It was very obvious she didn't care about good customer service, she was just anxious to leave. So now we have to call the 800 number for the price difference. Will never use this uhaul ever again!

What a great u-haul location. William knocked it out the park getting my uhual checked in. Not only that he was friendly, kind and customer service oriented gave us the best rate he could. Really can’t say enough good things.

Disappointed to say the least.I came in asking about Hitch….. was told you have to have an appointment and we’re already booked for today. Then she looked up my vehicle info and said we don’t have your hitch it’s and it’s a two week wait with no guarantee…..all of this is totally understandable…. But she was rude and nasty about it. It’s not what you say but how you say it. On a plus she said if you really need one you can try J and I hitch. I did and they were great. Now I have a place to go that is better on customer service. Didn’t get her name but it was a female with long brownish hair. She needs help with her people skills.

U-Box is an inherently bureaucratic and painful system. You are only receiving a 5-star review from me for one reason and the reason has a name: Kelly. Every time I called the central U-Box phone number or number for this facility I got the run around until someone finally told me "the person who can do that for you is not here right now". Then all I had to do was talk to Kelly and she got my move straightened out in short order. I worked with her for a few days because she dropped off my U-Boxes, picked them up, arranged for my weight tickets in the local area, helped me secure an extra U-Box when on packing day I found I was one box short. She is the ideal employee, she: communicates perfectly, works hard, and fully understands what it means to "make it happen".

This U-Haul is horrible. This what I'm going to say has happened to us on 2 different occasions. I made an appointment on may 25th for June 18th. I get there 30 minutes early and they say "we won't have your truck till 2 because it's still out right now" there are plenty of trucks in the parking lot that are the size we wanted. I asked if I could just take one of them and they switch out with the one coming at 2. He said "no those are reserved". What about my reservation? The one that I did over 20 days ago? Last time this happened we never received a truck even though our reservation was in more then adequate time. So U-haul why is one reservation more important then another?

The store had 1 employee and 5 customers waiting. The employee was slow and did not seem to care about the waiting time. We were there to return a piece of equipment. The wait was about 30 minutes. Very poor service.

Terrible customer service. Had an appointment at 7am to have class 3 hitch installed. Got a phone call saying they double booked and rescheduled for 10 arrived at 940. Sat in the lobby until 1025 when one of the guys came out to tell me they don't know where the hitch is. Completely unacceptable and will never return to a Uhaul again. You wasted half of my day.
