I was so excited to learn they had Internet, so I could stop juggling plans to avoid Cox's continuous rate hikes. Now that I've had USCellular's Internet for two months, what a mistake. At least Cox works. US Cellular wifi has been out so much, that in one month, I racked up 32 gig of data, instead of my normal 2. It's ridiculous how much I don't have service. The store associate was rude and offered miniscule help. IT, though kind, said the tower is out, but being repaired. If it rains, no wifi. If it's windy, no wifi. It's Oklahoma- It's pretty important to be able to check the weather at times.

Micah helped both my sister and I with upgrades, getting our coupons processed, monthly billing, new covers, chargers, and phone protectors as well as insurance for them. Micah also helped transfer all data to the new phone so that it was fully functional before leaving the store. Service provided definitely exceeded my expectations. And application of the AARP discounts were appreciated.

ZERO STARS! Jeremiah the worker is VERY unprofessional. When confronted about the bill he promised would be lower than the current bill, he got very hostile. Consider doing business elsewhere so you are not lied to by this employee.

The young lady in this Store is very rude ,dismissive and impatient every time I've came to this store its been an horrible experience. She doesn't know how to explain herself in manner that everyone can relate to or understand she needs to retrained in customer service ? SERIOUSLY. I WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE SO I DON'T HAVE TO ACT OUT OF MY CHARACTER And if I could give no stars I would.

I will never do bussiness with us cellular again, my phone plan was supposed to be 60 dollars a month and they found a way to charge me way too much money for other service fee

I stopped in last Thursday evening,01/12/2023, with a problem with my new phone I received after an insurance claim.The Store Manager ( I believe his name was Mike ), met me at the door and asked me how he could help. I explained the issues I was having and handed him mySamsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G, he went right to work fixing each and everything I couldn't figure out on my own. It was Awesome!!All the other employees were keeping busy too. I'm guessing they rotate helping customers, so the young lady whose turn it was got up from her desk and stood by the front door to greet the next customer. It wasn't long after that someone came in & she took him to the area of the store he was inquiring about, and the next employee up went to the door! It looked like they had been trained very well and I'm hoping by Mike.About 30 - 35 minutes after I arrived, all of my issues & concerns had been taken care of and I thanked Mike and shook his hand. I told him his Customer Service was Excellent ( I was in that business for 46 years, & just recently retired ) and said he should get a healthy raise and be nominated for Manager of The Year! I was that impressed!So well done to the US CellularCorporate Store in Midwest City, Oklahoma! Keep up the good work ? ? ? ? ? ? ?!!!

My cricket bill was paid on Thursday October15,2020 on October17 my service was disconnected...the lady that took my payment didn't make in in until today October19 than I was told there isn't anything they can do......so I'm out $28 and no phone(i've had this phone for years and never missed a payment)........Don't trust cricket......
