I will never do bussiness with us cellular again, my phone plan was supposed to be 60 dollars a month and they found a way to charge me way too much money for other service fee

I stopped in last Thursday evening,01/12/2023, with a problem with my new phone I received after an insurance claim.The Store Manager ( I believe his name was Mike ), met me at the door and asked me how he could help. I explained the issues I was having and handed him mySamsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G, he went right to work fixing each and everything I couldn't figure out on my own. It was Awesome!!All the other employees were keeping busy too. I'm guessing they rotate helping customers, so the young lady whose turn it was got up from her desk and stood by the front door to greet the next customer. It wasn't long after that someone came in & she took him to the area of the store he was inquiring about, and the next employee up went to the door! It looked like they had been trained very well and I'm hoping by Mike.About 30 - 35 minutes after I arrived, all of my issues & concerns had been taken care of and I thanked Mike and shook his hand. I told him his Customer Service was Excellent ( I was in that business for 46 years, & just recently retired ) and said he should get a healthy raise and be nominated for Manager of The Year! I was that impressed!So well done to the US CellularCorporate Store in Midwest City, Oklahoma! Keep up the good work ? ? ? ? ? ? ?!!!

My cricket bill was paid on Thursday October15,2020 on October17 my service was disconnected...the lady that took my payment didn't make in in until today October19 than I was told there isn't anything they can do......so I'm out $28 and no phone(i've had this phone for years and never missed a payment)........Don't trust cricket......

The only reason I am giving one star is because I have to in order to review. Employees can be rude not helpful. And do not care at all to help try to resolve any issues. If you can go elsewhere. At least to a different us cellular location.

Hope you dont need to use your internet when a call comes in bc us cellular cuts all data off to the phone while in call which is why I will be switching after just 1 month

I am assuming/hoping it is just a lack of training with the employees they have at this store rather than a company wide issue. My phone just got turned off the day after paying my bill for the third time this year. This time I was j. The process of delivering a catering order through DoorDash. So when they cut off my service, over a bill that was PAID 24 hours prior I was unable to deliver $250 in food, and will be held responsible for the fee. Plus it ruined these people’s

Associates were friendly and helpful. I've used several other major carriers and several questionable ones. None can come close to us cellulars reliability.
