Second visit at this store in six months, for issues with my wife's phone. We were so lucky to have Devin Biaz a a customer Service rep. Devin quickly resolved the problem. He then went out of his way to review our account and found that we were eligible for two new phones with $700 credit each AND we were able to keep our old phones. He hooked us up with two new Samsung S-25 FEs. He then told us that the plan we were on was really old and he was able to get us on a new plan that gave us better options AND reduced our monthly bill by $20. I can't say enough positive things about Devin's customer service. Now I not only have Princy, Joey, but Devin too as go to Verizon store reps. There is NO other reason to visit ANY other cell phone store in the OKC metroplex. Cellular Sales is the BEST!!!

I traded in my phone here and have been trying for two months to get the credit for my phone. They act like I didn’t hand them my phone and have no record of it. It’s getting to be very annoying. I’ve gone in multiple times and spent hours with customer service and they still can’t figure out what happened to the phone. Maybe if they just checked the cameras they could solve this issue.

I stopped by to learn about their promotions, and the salesperson convinced me to move my business account over. It turns out much of what he promised wasn’t true, and now I’m locked into a contract despite having everything written down. When I went back, they offered to make it right with extra credits — but only gave me half, so now I have to deal with it all over again. Also the signal is way worse that my at&t that I had.
