Got told my card would be ready to sit and wait over an hour for it and they all just sat on there phones showing photos off laughing. and not considering there patients aren’t happy and not letting them know there wait time. This used to be an amazing bank not sure what happened

Sydney, Rosa and Sherrie S (branch manager) went above and beyond for me. I have been a member here for over a year and had excellent service. Sydney took care of an issue I was having with a deposit and when she could not complete the task, she took the initiative to seek out her branch manager, Sherrie S, who not only to care of my issue but when above and beyond to rectify it immediately. I would recommend this bank and branch above all others. Extremely pleased, excellent customer service!

Ariel was amazing, very passionate and professional about her job. Ariel was very helpful and had lots of patience when it came to helping us open our business and personal accounts.Ariel was so great she helped us with our children getting accounts too. I have a car loan and I can't wait to never do business with them again. I've had full coverage insurance since I bought it. I changed companies now Weokie says I have no coverage and are charging me for their coverage. I've emailed and faxed the declarations page, but still being charged. They never answer their phones either. I'm not paying for 2 insurance policies!

I've been banking with weokie for many years and have never had a bad experience. I recently have been using the branch on 15th in midwest city and I alway have a pleasant experience with all of the tellers. I have had the pleasure to have Rosa the last couple times and she is always so nice and quick! 10/10 recommended
