Pretty stupid how this bank is unable to break 2 $100 bills for 20s, unless you have an account with them. “Our system won’t let us without tying it to an account.” Ridiculous!Mind you this is not something I’ve done as I usually just use my card for everything, but I fully expected this to be a pretty simple request that a bank would be able to complete. Turns out IT IS, just not at this bank.Having just been denied what I thought was a simple request, I wanted to see how the bank I actually use would handle the request. So I pulled up to this branch that I’ve never used as we are now in OKC (headed to the fair, which is why we needed smaller bills), asked the same thing, can you break these 2 $100 bills for 20s? The lady behind the glass without question, “Oh yes, no problem.” And just like that I have the 20s. Like why couldn’t I get this customer service at First National? Why was the first response, do you have an account?There was no question about if I had an account or anything of the sort at MidFirst. BUT I sure am glad I do, as I know they are going to treat those who don’t have one with the same great customer service as those who do! Great job MidFrist!First National, DO BETTER!
