When register is being held up.they should move everyone to the register they are opening and not start helping people at random. Also they had charged someone's card to another person's gas pump. That's why one register ended up being held up.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.I went in to pay for gas because I've read where people consistently have card problems at the pump with skimmers. The inside was pretty busy and they only had one cashier.A second cashier opened up after they were done cleaning the door glass (not really important during evening rush hours, IMO). People stayed in line and would move to the open station when it was their turn. There was one lady in front of me when the second station opened, so she was next at either one. I asked if she wanted to go to the open station and she said that I could go. I confirmed it with her and she smiled and said please go ahead. I thanked her and went over to the other station.I said hello and that I needed gas. And instead of even greeting me, the worker looked me dead in the eyes and said "you know you just line cut that lady". I responded with saying that she said I could go ahead of her and the worker just looked at me like I was lying with a glare on her face. If I weren't in a rush, I would have said something then and there. I tried to contact the manager and was told I had to do it online, which I did. I asked to be contacted and never was.7-11 used to be good before they went corporate, but now they are the worst place to go. I'll go to one of the cigarette shop gas stations before ever stepping foot in 7-11 again.

Except for the ATM being down for more than a day, seven eleven is the most competitive place in Moore usually on gas and snacks.

I love the older smaller stores that you can still find in my town of moore it would have been 5 ? but the new super 711 stores all seem to be to busy to even say hello

Its a hit or miss with the staff. The nicest is a blonde woman always in a positive mood. The weirdest is a guy who always closes the store at night for a few hours. But the meanest is some old lday with glasses and dark hair she should just quit if shes that miserable/ rude to people. I know 711 customers arent always the nicest but i dread coming into the store if i see the old woman with glasses i just know theres going to be a problem.

I dont know if this woman is a manager or what but she either needs to be fired or fix whats going on her personal life. Its an older lady with glasses and dark brown scraggly hair. Shes always in a bad mood and not friendly at all.

I thought 7/11 was 24/7? How come yalls location is starting to close at 2:30am and not opening back up till 6am? It always happens when you have a certain employee working.

The cashier was having to reboot her credit/debit card processing system when I was in the store and was very focused on customer satisfaction by openly notifying them that there could be up to a 5 minute wait before she would be able to accept card payments. Luckily, I only had to wait 1-2 minutes before the system was back up and the payment processed successfully.
