Slowest gas pumps ever!! The last 8 times I've got gas it took over 10 minutes. I'll start going to Casey's down the street from now on.

Was overcharged for two drinks and they wouldn’t refund me because something was “wrong with the system” and wouldn’t just give me a cash refund. Cashier was a young girl that didn’t seem to care and didn’t try to take care of the customer. She argued with me saying it was tax but didn’t have a clue that tax is added on AFTER your item is rung up. Would’ve just appreciated the girl simply TRYING to help instead of arguing.

Slowest pumps ever. They used to work just fine but have been slow as can be for many months. Everytime I come here, I remember why I quit using this store.
Been a couple months since last time here and pumps are still painfully slow. The staff gives various excuses of why they’re so slow, they really should fix the issue.
The staff is usually good though

FIX. THE. PUMPS. For crying out loud! Slowest gas pumps I have ever used! It’s the closest gas station to my house, and I hadn’t even been there in months because of how long it takes to fill the tank up. I thought “surely they’ve fixed it by now” NOPE, THEY’RE EVEN WORSE! I *tried* to fill up today. After more than 5 minutes of pumping I got a whopping 1.5 gallons. So congratulations on getting like $4 off of me today. It’s the last gas money you’ll see from me for awhile. I stopped pumping and drove down the street to another station. Now my tank is full and I’m in a drive thru line about to get some food while I write this review. I guarantee if I had stayed at 711 I’d still be pumping, probably only half way done!!

This place sucks! It may be because of my color I don’t know. I gone there 3 times and each time was bad. 1st time they didn’t want to give me back my change or offer a receipt and then he drops me a dime and looked like he didn’t want to hand me that I was owed more I didn’t argue I just left. 2nd coffee early in the morning and it looks like they hadn’t made coffee since winter which winter I can’t say SMH. 3rd and last time gas I payed for $30 left with $10 because it pumped so slow it took maybe 10mins to pump $10 I was already late . This place is a sham to the brand Crazy and weird place never going back, just saying.

I will never go back to 7-11, I just paid $1.40 for a refill on soda... I had my own cup & still double the price of what it once was.... Casey's has fountain drinks for $.96... see ya later 7-11, I'm a Casey's customer now!!

Pump took approximately 20 minutes to fill $45 in my vehicle. Tried all the tricks to make it faster. No luck. Cashier was a douche.

Ever since 7 11 sold everything there has gone downhill- no paper for receipts in the gas pumps, garbage is not picked up timely, not enough clerks in the store. It has become my last option. I tried to call the corporate office to voice my frustration but no answer.
