I was having a minor issue and I called my insurance folks, Abbey Allstate Insurance.
A lady with a very raspy voice answered the phone and after trying to communicate my problem she either didn’t understand or was having a bad day. I guess she was frustrated and hung up the phone on me!!!
I called back using the same number and I could hear my phone call being forwarded and got an Allstate agent wanting me to buy an Allstate Insurance policy!!!
I closed my account and called a StateFarm agent in Yukon, Oklahoma and for the same policy they were cheaper!

Update- after writing review they went back on their word and did and unauthorized charge on my account and charged me more money. Upset I wrote this review and cancelled my policy. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble. Do not use this agent
After they sign you up the customer service goes out the window. They do not know correct information to tell customers. All around bad experience and I’ve only been a customer a few months and getting quotes to move to another company. The young lady answering the phone has a bad attitude and has zero give a shit if she pisses off customers and they leave. May not affect you much now but one day it sure will so good luck 🍀

How can you work for a company that screws people out of their insurance money? My shop burned down in March of this year. I insured my shop for $54,000.00 and my contents for $54,000.00. Yes Roy Berg did everything he could to get me a new building. Amanda England did everything should NOT TO PAY ME FOR MY CONTENTS. She still owes me $10,000.00 since she deducted $10,000.00 for depreciation. I hope she can sleep at night knowing that screwing people to make her look good is WRONG. NO, IAM NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE.

If you want to speak with your local Allstate agent, you’ll be very disappointed. After the sales cycle it’s radio silence. My rates have gone up with no one to explain what’s going on.
Just switched to Allstate a few months ago, looks like I be shopping again soon!

I've been an Allstate customer since 2017 and highly recommend the Evans/Jones Agency. They have helped my parents and other family members and we are very pleased with our Home/Auto and Life policies. I like the convenience of two locations and the agents have always been very patient and helpful with our questions. I can't praise the owners Donnie and Ada enough because they have gone above and beyond making sure our requests were completed to our satisfaction. Thank You!

This agency has terrible customer service! Anytime I call most of the time they put me into the 800 number. But I am tired of the 800 number telling me one thing and this agency telling me another. I feel because this is a national company. Nobody takes accountability. The national number blames the agent. The agent blames the national number. Meanwhile, I have been almost double charged for my insurance this month and was told that I could not have a refund, but it would be on my next month's bill as a credit. That almost overdrew my account!!! And I had a grandchild 2 days ago and my other daughter is getting married in 2 weeks. So now I have about $250 tied up in AllState that I cannot use. I was told that she would be emailing me some documentation yesterday, that documentation never came. I called back today and she's out of the office for 2 weeks! Are you kidding me??!! By the time she gets back, my daughter's wedding will be over. And as soon as that wedding is over I will be finding new insurance. But this isn't the first time we had issues. We had 2 catastrophic events that caused damage to our home and totaled all three cars within 6 months ....two different terrible storms. We had a tree sitting on our house for almost 6 months because we could not get All State to pay it!!! It was our neighbor's tree, the limb on our house was over a foot in diameter. Allstate did not care that every time the wind blew it was eroding our roof and our siding!!! I called Ada for help and she said "I need to call the insurance adjuster." I said "why can't you call the insurance adjuster and try to find out some information." She called about 4 days later. I found out that they told her the exact same thing, so she got no new information. THE ONLY THING THIS AGENCY DOES IS TAKE YOUR MONEY. They have never actively done anything for me. It has always been the national number so I am pulling my insurance!!! You will no longer get my money Ada. Upon renewal....I'm out. And thank you for your concern about my family events that are going on right now and I absolutely am being sarcastic when I say that.

I've never had any issues and the price is good. They helped me seamlessly remove my old car and add my son's car to my policy and even delayed charging my account until payday when I requested it. I appreciated that very much.
