Olivia just told me they can't sell me an oil change for my 2020 Hyundai Kona because they don't sell an oil filter for it.... she never asked what size engine and was very confused when I asked for the kona she seemed to have never heard of that car before

Daniel was very polite. He explained that the lifetime limited warranty was only if "Defective". The part failing after a few years of use does not count as "defective". The one star review is very specifically for legalese enabled false advertising. I work for a dealer, just a different type of dealer. If you only warranty a part when it initially doesn't work, that is not a lifetime warranty by anyone in the real world's definition. Only a lawyer.

INSTALL SOME BLEEPING BLINDS. For the love of whatever god you believe in. I've been coming here for years. The west side needs blinds. Literally heard another customer complain as I was walking out. How hard is it really??? Oh, it's not. Buy some blinds, zip zip, shade when the sun goes down. It's absolutely brilliant, almost like we've been doing the same thing in every building since the dawn of time. Or sunset of time, hehe, get it? Only putting 1 star because it will get the attention of the CX manager. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars. The employees are great.

Bought a tool on their recommendation. Didn't fit like they said but because the plastic was open (only way to try the tool) no refund. Go somewhere else.

Pretty good store here I have bought several batteries and they have covered them under warranty as well prices are ok they also have quite a boy of stuff like 2 stroke plugs way cheaper then anywhere else and have general knowledge or mechanical advice

There are several auto parts stores convenient to our home but my go to store is the Eastern Avenue location in Moore. All the employees are very knowledgeable, helpful, have very positive attitudes and always listen to the challeging auto repair problems with great sincere advice. Shawn and Ron are true assets!

Yesterday I went in to purchase new low beam head light bulbs for my wifes 2015 Toyota. The young man was helpful and polite. He looked up the part sold me what i needed and off i went Unfortunately through just human error or glitch. They didn't fit and I went back today. I was told he sold me the wrong ones but because the package was opened they wouldn't exchange them . Even tho it was their fault. Literally said mistakes happen so sorry. I was treated rudely, and learned you have to be careful because you can't just trust them to stand behind thier word or advice. Never going back
