Kayla and Garret were so nice and caring. We had a good time which I was not expecting haha. Definitely would use this tow company again just because of them!

It was a COLD RAINY night in January. All tow trucks were very busy with ice related accidents. They kept in touch with me concerning their schedule. When their driver, Chris Cherry , arrived AT 8pm, he could not get my automatic transmission into neutral to pull it out of my garage to hook up. He had a mechanical background, and after about 30 minutes he figured a way to temporarily fix the transmission problem. During this time, he was very cheerful and positive minded. This is after he already had a very busy full day. He told me to go to Auto Zone the next day and what part to buy and showed me how to permanently replace and repair my linkage problem. Auto Zone bill was $10.50. Took me 15 minutes to do what he instructed me to do. I saved about $200 shop bill. He went above and beyond with his help. I highly recommend Chris Cherry at American tow, and thank the owner, Brian for employing drivers like Chris. Great experience. Jerre Bodin. Norman

Poorly managed, inability to correct mistakes in a timely manner, told the driver where to put car, he took notes, told him I was on way to work, and asked did he understand, mom was blocked in for three days.

Farmers insurance had set up a pick up for my car at 8am and they kept pushing when they were going to pick up my car so I can get a estimate to see if it was going to get repaired, they lied to the insurance company about having truck issues and when they were going to have the car picked up, they kept taking calls and putting them in front of me because insurance was paying them to pick it up. After 7 hours of waiting Farmers had to call someone else to come get my car.

Called this morning at 7:40 asking for a tow as my tire had blown, I was told an hour wait and called an hour and a half later and he said it would only be few as he was about to head my way, fast forward to 10:30 my car is rear ended and totaled by another driver, had I just went with my instincts and pushed the car to best of my capabilities with only three wheels maybe I would still have my car. Keep in mind I’ve only had this car a little over a year and was absolutely in love with it, good to know to never trust this company for help again

This whole company needs to be investigated, just horrible. Oklahoma Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division already have an open case on this company. The owner keeps not paying his employees & for people to continue to support such a crooked company is crazy. It’s only a matter of time before this company does get closed down. Pretty sure any good review on here is staged.

Hunter was a great guy. He was very friendly and funny. I was upset about the almost 3 hour wait, but I know he had multiple stops before he got to me. He apologized for the long wait and joked around while he hooked up my truck, which lightened the mood. He got me hooked up and dropped off with no issues. Probably the funniest driver I've had. Hope I don't need another tow, but if I do, hope I get him next time!

Thanksgiving Night! I had waited for another tow company for 6 hours and these guys took the call from AAA and came thru to pick up my 96 Ford Econoline and bring her home after I had gotten stranded in Mustang going to pick up a bed from a storage unit. The other driver from the other company never showed up and I was left stuck with me in one place and my twins at home waiting for me to come home. These guys showed character & professionalism. Got me picked up, loaded and towed my truck home at 230am the night before Thanksgiving morning! I CANNOT tell you how grateful I am to these guys for being professional,safe and on time as well as going above and beyond to get my van towed home safely. I will DEFINITELY make them my go to for my towing needs!

Kyle and Ted were very attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist and make my day a bit better. They were courteous and respectful, I would def recommend!! There is no one I.would recommend more than American!
