I have been a customer at Arvest since 2012. I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Misty, in person at the Moore location on Sante Fe. She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and properly taken care of. Misty upholds integrity and professionalism. She completely changed what was a negative experience (not due to Arvest) and ensured customer satisfaction throughout the whole process. Our world needs more Misty's ! Thank you so much for your kindness. It will not be forgotten.

Everyone at this bank is so friendly! Great customer service also, I rarely wait at all to make a deposit. Kiska in particular is amazing, but everyone in the bank seems to smile or greet you when you walk in!

The employees inside at this location have absolutely ZERO personality! It's like walking into a funeral home. One girl behind the counter never once smiled when I spoke to her about an issue I was having. I will definitely be trying the other branch a little further from my house to see if they're more upbeat when someone enters.

Online account balance is literally never accurate...? I will be in tomorrow AM to withdraw my FULL balance and will close my account later this month. HIRE DEVELOPERS THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

If you are a spouse who handles the finances full-time you will waste your time and effort. Paying on a loan with a check that has my name on it too. It was extremely difficult to set up online banking because my husband was at work and not present. Spent one hour on hold with customer service to be told sorry we can't talk to you we have to talk to him ok I can give you his phone number. No he will need to call in on his lunch although he doesn't have a one hour lunch to sit on hold he only has thirty minutes. Then at this branch the teller wouldn't talk to me she would only speak to him. I JUST WANT TO PAY HIS LOAN! She ended up giving him the login information to set it up and he turned around and gave it to me. You can't go against Oklahoma State Law and the law states I'm entitled to half of everything acquired in our marriage. It would be in your best interest not to piss off the better half. Satisfaction not guaranteed! Stop treating spouses like they are enemies.

All banks are pretty much alike, which makes writing them very difficult. Objectively, they all do the same job. They accept deposits, they make loans, they sell certificates of deposit, they do mortgages, and all the other things that Banks do. Subjectively, you need to look for one where you feel comfortable where the staff is friendly and where they treat you like a person not just an account number. This is a pretty good bank, give them a try.
