This review is ONLY for the AT&T store on 2670 SOUTH SERVICE ROAD in Moore, Ok.
Megan was absolutely wonderful! She calmed my irritation with not only the issue with my phone but the frustration from dealing with previous incompetent technicians at previous stores. She needs a raise! 5 Star Customer service! The other two stores in Norman could use a few sessions of tutoring from Megan.

Worst service ever. I will never go to this location. Other stores have much better customer service even though it’s still ATT. I definitely think it’s the management at this particular location. Kind of shady business practices.

Cory and Thomas thanks fellas!! They went above and beyond to take care of me an my wife needs and questions. They even went past closing time without rushing us off as they both made sure we got what we needed. The greatest team we have came across after all these years of cellular communication dealers. We switched from T Mobile to you guys after we left AT&T over a year ago and we are now giving a second chance at great service. Thanks AT&T for putting the right people in place at the right time and location in Moore, Oklahoma.

I get the whole sales pitch. But when a consumer comes in and states exactly what they are there for then respect it. I knew what I wanted and didn't want. To have someone repeatedly ask me, do you want this, we can offer this, and so on it gets exhausting. Ridiculous.
