Mr. Thomas was fantastic to help me with trying to get a phone unlocked cause I goofed up on the deal that they sent to me and he was very helpful very patient. I’m at 80 year-old woman, but he was fantastic so I’m giving him a happy face.

I recently upgraded my phone and foolishly thought I could activate it on my own. Savannah at the Moore location was so kind as she was helping me, gave excellent customer service while fixing what I messed up very quickly!

Our store rep Corris was awesome!!! He did the best job and told everything we needed to do to keep our bill down and gave us the best options for things and add ons we could use on our account. He was great!!! Very impressed with his service and attitude towards us. He should be given a raise in my opinion. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy and for once I didn't feel like I was buying a new car!! lol. Thank you Corris for a great experience and A plus customer service!!

Was not happy at all. Was told I would get a credit discount. And then that was not given. I told the employee exactly what I wanted and needed up front. And then was not given what was told I would get.

Man with longer greasy hair was very rude and not at all helpful. He seemed like he thought he was above the job and helping me. Left with more questions than I came with and with the feeling I should switch from AT&T.

The people here have got to be some of the most dim people I've ever been so unfortunate to cross paths with. 4 visits for one problem and now they are saying there is nothing they can do. My license is no good all of a sudden even though it was fine 2 days ago... the last time I was here... off to Verizon I guess.

AT&T is a horrible company and this store is even worse. I've never experienced such horrible customer service in my entire life. They skip over you in line when they don't want to resolve your issue. They can't explain the bill. When you ask them they direct you to the customer service line. The customer service line said they can't see what I'm being charged for or why so I need to contact the store. The store sends me back in the runaround and somehow they are charging me monthly for a phone case, screen protector, and charging cable that I paid for in full at the time of purchase. This is a scam company and I hope they go out of business.
