Friendly people and one of a kind customer service!! I was initially sent here by an acquaintance. It has been the best experience in banking I have ever had. I have two accounts here and let me tell you that these people are all wonderful. From the General Manager Michael to all of the wonderful employees they have always taken care of me! A special shout out to Rosie who is not only extremely friendly and personable but even made efforts to cheer me up and encourage me when I went through a difficult situation in my personal life. I’m telling you these people are amazing! The place is always spotless and not a single thing out of place. They also have complementary bottled water and coffee. Also, for people who save change you can cash in your change for free long as you have an account with them. Which by the way is extremely easy to open and the process is smooth and quick. I would highly recommend this BancFirst location as the customer service here is truly one of a kind!!!

I love Bancfirst!! I opened my account there in 2013 and have had several friends and family who have opened there as well. My preferred location is 19th, they are my FAVE!! Everyone there is helpful and my business is handled without issue every time!

This bank is awful!!!! The drive thru tellers are even worse! The six months I’ve been with my company, I’ve had MULTIPLE errors on their part: forgetting my change, saying there is too much money in my deposit and then calling me once I get back to my store that ooops! they were wrong they actually need that money, and not putting the correct amount of my deposits on the deposit slip. All of this cuts into my business time and the multiple trips I am having to make up here. Definitely in the works to change banks because this is ridiculous for a bank.

One of the worst BancFirst locations. Went in to deposit money and the ladies behind the desk wouldn’t allow us when we’ve done it at other locations several times. We understand that there’s always a way to make something not work but we will be go to other BancFirst locations that help their customers.

I can not believe I finally found a bank that does not make you feel like a number but a person an all the staff at this moore location on 19th is wonderful. Candice Fournier is the best manager an team leader I have ever met an she always makes sure she handles all your customer service needs an really cares about her clients. When I walk into this bank I feel like I am a important person because they open the door for you an ask if you need some coffee or a water. So if you need a loan of any kind or a business or personal checking accounts you must go see the best Banker in the business Candice Fournier at moore location at 701 SW 19th St Moore Ok. Please BancFirst give Candice a big fat raise I don't want to loose her at this bank to a Competitor.
