Would not cash teenages son check for $150 despite the fact I have over 10 grand in my account, then would not deposit it in my account because son was not there there in person. I just chalked it up to an uniformed cashier. When I envolved the branch manager and got the same respone. I went down the road to Frontier State Bank and it was no problem. I asked them what if it is fradulent? They smiled and said you have plenty to cover it if is.DUH that's what I thought. After contacting my home branch of Bancfirst inquiring about the policy, they said that each Bancfirst has its own president and that is Moore's president policy.Redirected my company's sizable account to Frontier.

When you specifically ask the POLICY of cashing mature savings bonds, then show up to do so and there are other bank policy stipulations, it's ridiculous! Don't waste people's time!

Two words, RYAN KEGIN. He was the fine gentleman who assisted in the opening of my first bank account, years ago. I still talk with him from time to time whenever I need any help. Thankfully I am always transferred to him, even though I noved out of Moore into nw okc a few yrs back. He always remembers me and is the most professional, competent, and genuine banker I've come by yet at any of the other branches. At one point I was going to leave this bank, but the thought of not having Ryan in my corner made me stay. THIS GUY NEEDS A RAISE FOLKS!

I absolutely love this branch and have been very satisfied with my service here. I use this bank for commercial banking and I actually switch to this location from another location on Pennsylvania Avenue. The reason I switched from the location on Pennsylvania to this location is because the long lines and the employees were not friendly at the other location. My experience with the Moore locatiom has been wonderful. They greet you promptly and even know you by name at this location. Highly recommend!

The absolute worst bank to be banking with during COVID19. To top it off, they have terrible business banking options and will not provide any direction or assistance to small business owners seeking assistance. Huge middle finger to you guys. I'll make sure all small businesses know it.

I was excited to become a customer here. I was offered a second chance type account because of inquiries on my Chex Systems. I accepted because I had heard such great things about the bank. Sadly, the tellers elect to remind you of your Chex systems type account, I would understand if I was depositing checks. I deposited cash and was told oh you have the Chex systems account. Very disparaging in nature. I feel like the bank is the one who elected to offer these accounts so why would they then make you feel bad about having it. Sadly, the phone service was substandard. I did not appreciate having my debit card placed on hold. It then became challenging to close said account. This review went from five stars to one.
