They have delayed my car for weeks now. They have cause additional damage to the vehicle while in shop due to negligence. Do not use this location. It will be hard for me to ever give my business to another Calliber Collision. They don’t tell you the collisions happen in shop!

Dropped off the truck after an accident where I was rear ended while at a stop by a car traveling 45. I had no visible error messages or codes showing, however when I picked the truck I received multiple warnings about my ABS system, I asked Curtis to run a scan to determine cause. He found that it was the front, right wheel speed sensor and they stated that since the damage was at the back it was not their concern. I stated to them that when I dropped the truck off I did not have that warning present, and when I picked it up I did so was it something they caused during the repair or due to lifting and replacing the truck bed or frame repairs. They stated again it wasn't their problem.
I am worried Caliber only inspected and repaired the cosmetic/frame damage without doing any inspection to potential injury other issues caused by the severe impact.
However I did agree to take the truck with the understanding they would contact USAA to pursue potential repairs. Since I have heard nothing I assume they did not reach out. I ordered the wheel speed sensor and planned to repair on my own since they refused, however when driving the truck yesterday I also received a front tire low pressure warning even though both tires were indicating over minimum pressure. I think there may be an electrical issue in the truck that did not exist prior to the accident.
In addition, one of my AC vents in the dash is shoved in so I need to disassemble my dash to fix and I have a rubber truck bed mount in my center console cubby so I need to verify if everything was installed correctly.

Caliber Collision was fantastic. I had such a a hard time dealing with my insurance company. I took the car in and they ended up dealing with the insurance on my behalf. They had everything figured out and was in and out in a couple weeks. Car looks brand new.

I took my car into repair. Had the greatest experience. Carroll was so knowledgable. She explain everything to me. Car rental etc. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

I live in San Angelo, Tx and waited a year to get my hail damage fixed on my brand new Denali truck. I got tired of waiting and called this Caliber in Oklahoma. They were able to take my truck in right away. Got it fixed within a month and actually earlier than quoted. The best staff, friendly and willing to work with me on a long distance repair. I flew back to pick it up and got it in brand new condition and cleaner than when I left it. Top notch detailer there!!! Can't got wrong choosing them. Worth the drive and the effort to transport my vehicle there and back. Just super happy!!!!! --Pat Field
