“I went there looking for a Tacoma, and I want to give Micah a big shout out !! He bent over backwards trying to get me the deal I was looking for but my situation just wouldnt allow it at the moment. It was definitely no fault of Micah or Fowler Toyota of Norman. Everyone there was kind, welcoming, honest and up front. We were there until well after closing time trying to get the numbers I could fit into. Micah and his team truly went the extra mile for me and i truly appreciate that. My situation is good, just not where it needed to be for the deal and vehicle I was after. 10 stars for these guys if i could !!! If youre shopping Toyota, go see Micah at Fowler !!!!”

“The check-in and return processes were smooth and every employee I encountered was super-friendly. My reason for four stars has to do with none of the cars available for my selection being equipped with Apple CarPlay. Additionally, the one I selected had a faint smell of pot (legal in OKC) having been smoked in it.”
“Ok for a rental location based on recommendations from the other party's insurance. Just watch out for the extra coverage they charge when you may not have to pay it based on your own personal coverage options!”

“Thank you so much!! Jesse Was so helpful!! My son drove in from South Dakota and was planning a last minute bachelor party and needed a van for 10 guys on a Sunday. 1130 am rental didnt work out. We got to Capps 15 minutes before they closed and Jesse saved the day!! He was kind and helpful and very professional.
The whole process went smoothly and easily and quickly. The van was perfect! It held all the boys nicely and drove very nicely with plenty of visibility. It felt super safe.
I would recommend Capps 100%!!

“After a rear end collision I was referred to this location by my insurance. They were able to pick me up from Davis Paint & Collision after I dropped off my vehicle.
They were busy and it took a bit to get my car but I can't blame them for that. They had plenty of staff on hand. I believe DeCarlos is the one that helped me but I could be wrong on the name. He was a manager on duty.
I will say the car was a bit dusty on the outside when I got it but I just needed a car to drive. The inside was clean and smelled good. I was given a Volkswagen Jeta.
When it came to return the vehicle there were a lot of people standing around waiting to be helped. It was close to closing time and I felt bad for the employees. There were people waiting for cars but one of the employees let everyone know that they had to check cars in before they had vehicles to lend out.
It took probably 15 minutes for them to get around to checking my car in. But then it only took probably 2 minutes before I was cleared to go with a deposit refund. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. I've never had any real problems the few times I've rented here.”

What really made the difference, though, was the customer service. “We flew in for the weekend from Denver for my daughter's cheer competition. Perfect experience here. Took the shuttle from the airport to the rental counter. There was no line, everything was in order and ready. The kind lady saw that we had 4 people and several bags and upgraded us at no cost to a bigger car. The return went smooth, as well. We waited for the shuttle back to the airport for about 10 minutes. It was great and a very decent price. The car was perfect for what we needed. We will definitely we back if we ever visit OKC again.”
“We had a great experience with this location. We reserved online a few weeks before our trip. We were greeted and checked in warmly. We reserved a compact car but was told that they did not have one available so they upgraded our car for free. When they found out we were driving to Lawton, she offered some advice and suggestions. Great customer service. Returning of the car was smooth as well. We highly recommend them.”

“I went to the Budget Rental Cars agency at Oklahoma City Airport. At the time, I had a Dodge Charger V6 3.6L. Since I was driving to Los Angeles, I asked if it would be possible to exchange the Dodge Charger for a Dodge Challenger. I had seen so many Dodge Challengers on the road since Indianapolis, and I thought they were so beautiful; I really wanted to drive one myself. Two very friendly people helped me at the counter. They searched on their computer and found me a Dodge Challenger. When I went to the car, I thought it was beautiful, and when I started it, what a sound! The car shook. My heart skipped a beat. Looking under the hood, I realized it was a 5.7L V8. I was very happy. The sound of this vehicle is absolutely incredible. I'm not used to driving vehicles with a V8 engine, but you feel a real connection with the car; it was absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed this vehicle, and I'd like to thank the people at the counter again for making it possible for me to get it.?”

“Aspen was just the most helpful and honest employee I have ever dealt! Ive never dealt with insurance claims or i have never been a situation to need a rental my whole 38 years and I hope this was the one and only time. I just had the worst experience and headache and the one thing that made the situation better ironically was the rental company and how appreciated i am for the peace of mind that aspen and her coworkers made me feel . I was thirsty waiting i got a cool bottle water . I needed a little more time and I was met with understanding and respect from all the staff at this company the moment I walked in the door. I was about to get a 2 tear drop from my cars trim and model & the rental staff stepped in took over the car i almost paid out of pocket for insurance coverage & she saw to it that was not the case and it was nice to have one company with good intentions and respect for there customers.
