“I went there looking for a Tacoma, and I want to give Micah a big shout out !! He bent over backwards trying to get me the deal I was looking for but my situation just wouldnt allow it at the moment. It was definitely no fault of Micah or Fowler Toyota of Norman. Everyone there was kind, welcoming, honest and up front. We were there until well after closing time trying to get the numbers I could fit into. Micah and his team truly went the extra mile for me and i truly appreciate that. My situation is good, just not where it needed to be for the deal and vehicle I was after. 10 stars for these guys if i could !!! If youre shopping Toyota, go see Micah at Fowler !!!!”

“Pick up my rental car from Atlanta Airport and turned it in OKC Airport. The staff at Atlanta was very polite and friendly; however the guy at the exit booth no so much, I had to prove to him that I worked for the company that rented me the car. Which I basically did at the pick up counter. Jennifer the young lady at OKC Return was extremely polite friendly and considerate, she must have apologized a dozen times for the guy at the exit booth at my pick up. She is the reason I keep coming back.”
“Super fair prices, good cars and attentive staff. One of their drivers gave me a ride to the dealership to get my new car while he ran the AC in triple digit weather while I checked in. I rented for 3 weeks and they were incredibly accommodating. And their prices were half what other agencies wanted to charge. Even when I used my AAA card.”

“The check-in and return processes were smooth and every employee I encountered was super-friendly. My reason for four stars has to do with none of the cars available for my selection being equipped with Apple CarPlay. Additionally, the one I selected had a faint smell of pot (legal in OKC) having been smoked in it.”

The day I am writing this was a very stressful one, and they were the light that kept it from being quite worse. This location at the very least is a credit to the company.”

“Thank you so much!! Jesse Was so helpful!! My son drove in from South Dakota and was planning a last minute bachelor party and needed a van for 10 guys on a Sunday. 1130 am rental didnt work out. We got to Capps 15 minutes before they closed and Jesse saved the day!! He was kind and helpful and very professional.
The whole process went smoothly and easily and quickly. The van was perfect! It held all the boys nicely and drove very nicely with plenty of visibility. It felt super safe.

“We had a great experience with this location. We reserved online a few weeks before our trip. We were greeted and checked in warmly. We reserved a compact car but was told that they did not have one available so they upgraded our car for free. When they found out we were driving to Lawton, she offered some advice and suggestions. Great customer service. Returning of the car was smooth as well. We highly recommend them.”
