“Very quick access to a vehicle on pickup. Some of the charges weren’t fully described in great detail. But it was less than 10% more than anticipated. The car was in fair shape, all damages or maintenance faults were notated by the agency before pickup. I choose Enterprise for the quick service, and less for the price or cars. So satisfied overall.”

“Kinda strange to have a rental car dealership inside a Walmart but that didn't cause any issues with the service. The car I rented was clean and had a full tank of gas. It was ready when I got there and I was driving away in about 15 minutes. The return process was equally as pain free. Will definitely rent cars from here in the future.?”

“I wanted to leave a review because I almost didn’t buy this car from Gary because of all the bad reviews. I was very suspicious and honestly gave him a pretty hard time because well, I assumed the worst from the reviews.Gary, was very upfront and accommodating. He allowed us to take the vehicle to be diagnostic tested before buying. The vehicle was in excellent condition. We had a small issue with the title, but Gary was very responsive in helping us rectify it. He even reimbursed us for our troubles (which we did not ask him to do). Gary is a good and honorable businessman. I believe his reviews are more of a product of the type of people who do business with him; some people always just want to play the victim.Thank you, Gary!! “We had a great experience with this location. We reserved online a few weeks before our trip. We were greeted and checked in warmly. We reserved a compact car but was told that they did not have one available so they upgraded our car for free. When they found out we were driving to Lawton, she offered some advice and suggestions. Great customer service. Returning of the car was smooth as well. We highly recommend them.”

The enrollment process at the counter was pretty easy and quick. It was very clean at this location, which shocked me, as I've only ever seen dirty car rental places. The gas tank was full upon receiving the car.”

“I was in an accident and I chose hertz as my rental place the lady was extremely nice and very helpful. The insurance had me down for an suv and at the time that was all that was available but the lady said I could come back and switch it out for a car since that was what I was used to. So that's what I did no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this place for your car rental needs.”

“Rented on 12/29 around 3pm. Obviously short-staffed, but the staff they do have is solid and made up for the wait time (especially whoever was working the busy counter all by herself!). Didn’t have the car class I rented but generously offered me any car in President’s Circle as a replacement. I wouldn’t have any problems renting here again.”
