“I went in for a routine oil change, and while completing their inspection, the team noticed that my sway bar link was damaged. They not only took the time to explain the issue to me, but also took pictures so I could clearly see what they had found and offered to take care of the repair.
I declined the repair at the time, but I genuinely appreciated the way they handled everything. There was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales tactics—just honest communication, professionalism, and a willingness to go above and beyond to take care of the customer.
That kind of service is becoming harder to find. I appreciate the extra effort and the way they treated me. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!”

Scott was very professional and, in my opinion, went above and beyond. He saw some body damage to the vehicle that he thought I'd like to be aware of and sent me over pictures of it. He also informed me of the overall condition of the vehicle. This ultimately saved us from traveling to purchase a vehicle that the seller wasn't honest with us about. “I had my truck towed in last week for a computer error message. They came highly recommended. They told me it would be mid week before they could get to it but I picked it up today. It cost less than originally quote which was awesome and doesn't happen to often. Ryan is the man in charge and he kept me posted. Ended up being a fuel pump and bare wire. These guys are really professional and seem to know what's going on. A little expensive in my opinion to hook up the diagnostic machine by it is what it is. The overall price was still good. Check them out for your auto electrical needs. It's a little hard to find as it is behind a tire shop but there is a big sign.”

There were multiple updates through the time they had it and the hiccups that were handled never caused me issue because they were on top of it.
