I went in and got drinks and 10$ on pump three come to find out non of the black handles are working and try and go back in to change pumps as the red handle was bagged I then proceed to stand in there for 30 min while they try yo figure out my problem and another customer walks in and they ignore me and focus on his fir 20 min until I walked out and had to eat the 10$ as I am door dashing and that adventure costed me around 30-35 dollars

They have a promotion running for a buy one sharing size M&M and get a medium drink for free. The price of the M&Ms is $3.19. But when you go to the register, it rings up at $3.29. The cash register did not ring up the price correctly at 3:19 and then it did not apply the discount for the medium drink. The representative would not even give me the promotion and wanted to charge me for both. Then she said she would give me a free drink, but couldn’t adjust the $.10 off price.Pretty terrible.

****DONT STOP HERE***Go to the quik trip across the street. I came in at 1:35 a.m.on .5/5/2024 after getting off work. this has been my favorite Casey's store because of a wonderful woman that was a cashier at night along with many others..
However tonight this cashier was on the phone would not look you in the eye would not even acknowledge you you would just say what you wanted it was punched in and they continued on the phone not even telling you thank you acted more annoyed these cameras need to be looked at because the treatment of the man in line before me same thing.. it's disgusting to see an employee getting paid by the hour, their personal cell phone to their ear ignoring customers and actually being annoyed that were interrupting their phone call.. I will never return to the store.. I will take my business to the new gas station that opened up called QuikTrips it's across the street and I'm sure they're nice and not on their cell phones making customers feel like dirt because we're interrupting.. also the place is disgustingly filthy. the employees are just too busy on the phone and whoever was supposed to be working in the kitchen was just standing there too

This store is just as disgusting as when it was a circle K. The parking lot is nasty as hell. The restrooms are gross. Just roll the dice to see what they are out of.
