This was my second time shopping at the Moore, OK Costco. My husband and I each need a handicap scooter to shop the warehouse. After a 25 min. wait, carts were available for us. Last week a cart did not become available for me so I did not get to shop. My husband went in the store alone. This store only has FIVE CARTS available. Elderly and handicap individuals have to sit and wait for a cart to shop. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Every other store we patronize in the area has 12 to 15 carts in their charging stations. COSTCO NEEDS TO TRIPLE THE AMOUNT OF CARTS THEY HAVE. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ELDERLY AND HANDICAP INDIVIDUALS!!!!!!!

I have a membership at Costco, canceling today, and Sam's Club. Costco is slightly higher in prices, has a lot of Asian food, I'm not a fan of their meat, and prefer Sam's Club overall.

We went to Costco to get some Areds2 pills And when we got there they were closed. I want them to know that they should stay open till 8pm. They need to show the store hours outside of the building not inside of the building.

I researched where I should get new glasses. The research showed Costco was a great spot. I was skeptical but gave it a shot. They honored my insurance and I received an eye exam. That process was really good but the area they really excelled, was the eyeglass center in the store. My optician was Elisha J. She was amazing! Really friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. I bought 2 pairs of glasses for less than I paid for 1 pair from my old optometrist's office. Elisha even had an associate (Saul) adjust my current glasses. Saul was awesome. I asked to have an ear piece tightened. Saul cleaned my glasses, change out the nose pieces, and replaced the screws. Top-notch service all-around!

Clean and new building full of cheerful employees as per Costco standards. We stopped by to check some seasonal items and buy what we needed.

All I can say is wow!!!! We took a road trip and decided to come and see what this Costco was all about. Since we don't have a Costco in our city we loved shopping here. Of course we are Home to Sams and I figured it would be the same concept which it is. But this store has much more stuff than what our Sams has. We bought a few items of meat such as a full pork belly which you can't buy at Sams. It's a great price for the whole slab of pork belly. It was 4.99 a pound We were told there soppose to be building a Costco in our town but still haven't broken ground yet. So until then we will continue to take a road trip to Tulsa to shop at Costco

Came in with my husband who is a veteran to get a membership. A woman named Christina at the membership counter tried to hard sell us on the more expensive memberships without even mentioning the $60 membership Option. She got visibly irritated when we mentioned the cheaper option. She tried selling us by mentioning cash cards that we would get with the other memberships then did not tell us that we could get a $20 cash card as a veteran with the cheapest membership IF we signed up online. When I showed her the webpage that says we should get the gift card she said it was too late. I probably would have gotten a higher level mber if I hadn't been so put off by her hard sell and not telling us about cheaper options. It was gross.

Honestly, I'm sure this Costco is not awful overall. However, my sister and I came in with a gift card I won during teacher appreciation week, and the woman at the door was very aggressive and rude about us using the gift card. She treated us completely differently than the families before us, and it all felt very racially motivated. She smiled and nodded at the 3 white families before us and then moved towards us blocking our path to ensure we were allowed to enter. She spoke to us with complete disrespect, and I think this Costco should be mindful of allowing her to be at the front door. I'm sure there is another job in the store that would better hide her prejudice.

My husband and I aren't members, we walk in and the guy at the door asked for our card. We said we don't have a membership, we just want to look around and decide if we want a membership. He said you can't buy anything. We said we realize that. He said you must go to membership. I said "Don't we have to walk past you to get to membership." He said no you must go this way. A lady behind us said they can give you a tour. I said we don't need a tour we just want to look around. They said you must go to membership. So we go to membership. The lady working there said if your here for membership go down there. I said we aren't sure if we want a membership and she said you have to wait for us to talk to you first. I said why? And she rolled her eyes at me. A lady came up to us and said you can just go look around. I said the guy at the door made it sound like we had to have a tour and escort cause we aren't members. And I told her the other lady said we had to speak to her first. And she said no you don't have to do that. I said well we've never been accosted like that. Treated like we must have a tour because we aren't a member. She apologized. The nice thing would've been when we told them we weren't sure. They could of said ok well have a look around and let us know. But they wanted to control where we went. Wow that company sure is into control that's for sure. We won't be getting a membership. I've never been treated like that at Sam's. Go to Sam's. Skip Costco they are higher anyway.

This Costco is especially convenient.. due to the fact that it's new and the lines are not extraordinarily long (yet) .. I suggest you get your membership now and take advantage because this Costco is conveniently located and the employees here are exceptional with member service.. I love the deli area, they have lots of good deals in sales.. organic selection of food is also extraordinary

I did not go into the warehouse today but I used my membership to buy a tank of the cheapest gas I've seen since I started this trip 2500 miles ago. The station is well organized with a one-way entrance and exit, to keep things moving swiftly. It is well covered and reasonably decently negotiable for larger vehicles. There are no squeegees here. Get your gas and GO! Two attendants in high-vis vests to ensure things run smooth. Note that you must be a Costco member to purchase fuel - you must scan your card before the purchase begins.
