After years of going to Costco I find myself going to BJ's more. I think Costco has stopped selling a lot of brand name items I'm use to and replaced with the Kirkland brand. It seems to me Costco sells whatever is the cheapest on the truck this week. The check out lines at Costco keep getting longer and longer because they put in more self Checkout lines, which are a joke themselves. Take it out of the cart and put it on the holding shelf, take it out of the cart and put it on the shelf... I just left BJ's, spent $216, self checkout, used the hand scanner, didn't have to take anything out of the cart. AND, paid $2.67 for gas because of some of the stuff I bought. Things to think about..

I came in right before close on a Sunday. I had called ahead and the guys were so kind and helpful. Matt was amazing. He greeted me with a smile and took great care of my car. Thanks guys!

I've been a member of Costco since 1984 -- not continuously because some of the places did not have a Costco yet -- 4 countries in total. I was a member of Sam's club here also (Moore, OK). I have found that this Costco was also up to my expectations of quality, selection and customer service. Granted, that the scooter issue is a problem as I believe it would be nicer if there were a few more, but all things considered, I have been fine with it as I am handicapped also. When needed I can always find a cheerful and helpful employee who will walk with me and put the heavier items on another cart plus there has always been someone that is cheerful and available to load my vehicle with my new purchases. Everyone has problems with someone once in a while. Just ask that person to go away and he/she will be replaced by someone else who is a top-of-the-line customer service person. It also helps if you try to understand and be courteous yourself. Tim T.

Really great prices..and certainly have saved money over the year on big ticket items like a Mac mini, EcoFlow batteries, and Cabinets. Well worth the membership and the occasional slice of pizza and hot dog!

Their customer service is horrible. I won't be going back for a while. I suggest Sam's club over this place.

Costco always has great low gas prices. I always gas up before I go inside to do my shopping. Costco has a nice variety of prime beef. Abundant marbling is very flavorful tender and juicy. Choice beef is also delicious. I buy whole boneless prime ribeye and cut my own steaks - great money saving. Their Prime brisket is reasonably priced - this week, under $4.00 per pound.

They had pretty good prices . I came on 8/31/24 to look at the selections but with the way I was treated at the door decided against it. The prices aren't worth being discriminated against. I guess I'll check out the location up north.

The tire technician was quick and very helpful in buying tires. He found a discrepancy in My tire sizes and helped me get the right size. Got great tires because of him. Very kind. 10/10.

The tire center has horrible service. They lost the wheel lock key to our car. Then they lied to our face about it.

This was my second time shopping at the Moore, OK Costco. My husband and I each need a handicap scooter to shop the warehouse. After a 25 min. wait, carts were available for us. Last week a cart did not become available for me so I did not get to shop. My husband went in the store alone. This store only has FIVE CARTS available. Elderly and handicap individuals have to sit and wait for a cart to shop. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Every other store we patronize in the area has 12 to 15 carts in their charging stations. COSTCO NEEDS TO TRIPLE THE AMOUNT OF CARTS THEY HAVE. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ELDERLY AND HANDICAP INDIVIDUALS!!!!!!!

I have a membership at Costco, canceling today, and Sam's Club. Costco is slightly higher in prices, has a lot of Asian food, I'm not a fan of their meat, and prefer Sam's Club overall.

We went to Costco to get some Areds2 pills And when we got there they were closed. I want them to know that they should stay open till 8pm. They need to show the store hours outside of the building not inside of the building.
