Country Leisure Manufacturing is a family-owned business specializing in above ground pools, Caldera and Freeflow Spas, and all related accessories, chemicals, and toys. Their goal is to help families make memories and spend quality time together. They offer free water testing in the store, state-wide hot tub service, and a free in-home consultation for convenience.
Customer experiences highlight that the business provides amazing, incredible, and wonderful service. Many reviews note that the staff is professional, understanding, helpful, nice, and goes above and beyond. The sales experience, installation appointments, and installation teams are frequently described as awesome and amazing, with technicians praised for doing a wonderful job. Customers report being highly pleased with the results, such as crystal clear pool water, and strongly recommend the services.
However, some communication challenges are noted, specifically with unreturned phone messages and difficulty in getting callbacks for quotes. One reviewer mentioned that while playing phone tag was frustrating, the in-person service was always spot-on, awesome, and wonderful, with staff providing great help in selecting correct parts and replacements. Overall, the consensus is that for in-person needs, Country Leisure is the best in the business and worth it for creating summer enjoyment for years.
Youssef was extremely helpful in getting my pool pump replaced. Everyone was nice, friendly, and didn't just replace the broken parts, but also shared tips on how to maintain everything.

We needed some help getting our pool started and our sweeper to work. Youssef came out the same day and took care of everything beautifully. Thank you so much!
