The quality of the food is great- but I have never been inside of a store so incredibly cold.
I was an ice sickle throughout my entire experience. I can't imagine working in those conditions. It's not right!!
I'll change my review when Crest can warm up their store. Until then I'm complaining and I hope your employees are too.

The store is always clean and shelves are always organized and the checkers are always customer friendly and most important thing is
The parking lot is safe Crest customers do not have to worry about strange people coming up to them and asking for money or trying to use their cell phones, Crest is much better than their competitors on parking lot security , customers of Crest foods stores should
appreciate the owners the management and the friendly people at each of the Crest stores around Oklahoma City, Edmond, Moore Midwest City , Norman

Nice, clean store with good selection and nicely stocked produce and deli departments. I buy meat from the farm/producer, so I don't know how the meat dept is. The only option on this side of town, other than WallyWorld.

I got bad chicken wings 2 weeks ago took it back they said that they wouldn't return anything over $30 even though I had the receipt. Yet they kept the nine packs of chicken wings and said that they would have a manager call me back. They said a manager would call me back no one's called me back I've called back to store multiple times and yet I can't get somebody to call me back. Get put on hold for 30 minutes for the manager to come to the phone he never comes to the phone. I'm a disabled war veteran this is the ridiculous way to handle the customers. I will report be reporting a store the better Business bureau for the lack of competency and for taking my product back and not giving me money or not call me back. Crest I hope your actions are worth the complaints because it not right trading in any customer like this

My review was originally five stars, until recent events crest has done away with their baggers a lot of these positions were held by people with disabilities.... Crest foods wants to hide behind the statement we offered them other positions but the fact of the matter is they offered them other positions that they could not do.... Crest knowing this, was just their way of eliminating employees to try to save cash... done I won't shop at that disgusting ass place ever again........ 😤 😒 I've been told this by more than one employee..... including an employee that lost their job due to this.......

Bought the Thanksgiving meal for $70. We go and pick it up and it's pre packaged stuffing and pre packaged mashed potatoes and gravy. Don't waste your money with crest. I'll never step foot in another one again.

Horrible customer service, apparently if items ring up for a different price then marked the customer is lying and an inconvenience. I will drive to the Norman Crest if I need something that I can't find at Winco.

I would not have placed one a star if I was not made to put a star through reviews in order to post. This store allows their people to treatme with disrespect. One old lady obsessed to not allow me to take the electrical cart just close by to a handicap parking space. A so called manager from the store rude and impatient will not listen to my pleads for better costumer service so he just hangs up on me. Corporate office and the owner that refuses to call you back after you have left several of message on his voice-mail. Telling him it is important and you would tobspeak with him. They have regards to costumers feeling and how as a disabled person is being treated and denied an electrical cart to go outside the store for a little bit so. Since it is hard for me to walk with constant pain. I at times needed help with groceriesthat were heavy. At times I only had one bag and I was constantly harassed and followed to my car not because they wanted to help me carry my groceries in the car. It was to harass me over their mighty electrical cart. They disregarded my feeling and treated me cruel over their twisted policy regarding the electrical carts. After several of attempts to share my feeling and complaint to management, leaving five messages in their voice in different occasions. I did not go back. I have felt so discriminated in a store. Never ever will go back to Crest foods especially the one moore where you'll find rudeness and manipulation in corporate to most people working in that store.

Was treated very poorly by an employee. Also you can smell how rotten the meat is when you walk in.

Typically I love this place. I like to see all the familiar faces like Jared and the checkers. All good sweet people up front. But OMG. Your loss prevention guy followed me and followed me to the point I just felt like leaving. It is so obvious he is loss prevention. He was staring at toothpaste while I was looking at shampoo. Maybe try men's deodorant next time. Idk what he thought I'd steal. I had a short dress on and no purse. Pathetic. Followed me to pickles as well. It felt like harassment after seeing him 3 different times. He's not smooth at all.
Your guy who does the floor late at night is horrible. He's inappropriate. He acts like if you come down the side of the aisle he's not working on, you better move out or he will run you over. He gets very close. It's happened to me 2x. I feel very scared and intimidated by him. He's angry too and comes off as threatening. Like he's about to snap. You lost a neighborhood customer to Winco. I hope you can get ahold of your employees.

Crest used to have great consumer service but i guess they lost that over the years. Even the consumer service desk at the front of the store doesn't value customers anymore.

Overall, I’ve always had a great experience at Crest, until this week… I went to pick up some wine for dinner and was monitored by an employee who I assume was the manager. She had long brown hair, about 5’6” & and was mid-size build. She came over to the wine section and awkwardly stared at the lettuce with her hands on her hips. When I noticed her, I stood there and stared at her until it got very uncomfortable and she left the area. I have never had this experience at Crest until now, but it was very obvious that she was monitoring me while I made my wine selection. Crest, you guys are usually awesome but please do better.

Ok let's start with, I've been going to this store since the beginning. I feel like over the last 5 plus years it has really went downhill. I have had expired products when I got home to moldy cheese and funky milk. I will say the store has always been good about making things right though. So this experience was the last straw for me on Crests milk though. I buy 3-5 gallons everytime I go to the store. That normally lasts us 4- 6 days. A couple years ago I got milk at crest and it wasn't processed properly and was still clumpy. I didn't buy milk from Crest for years. Well the other day I stopped and got groceries and needed milk. I bought 4 gallons and all 4 gallons had chunks in the jug. I know Hiland processes their milk. I have literally been using 195 micron paint strainers to get the clumps out of the milk. So needless to say I won't be buying crest brand milk ever again. I hope they get the issue fixed for future patrons.
