I have been a customer for more then five years and the staff has always been polite, and I have never had to wait more a couple of minutes in ln line.

Spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive through line. Finally get to the window and the looks me right in the eye and puts a piece of cardboard up saying lunch break and walks away. Everyone here always has such a terrible attitude

You’re terrible. You know who you are and what you did. Your employees aren’t friendly at all. I’ve always walked out of here not wanting to come back. Why work with the public when you can’t even understand basic human needs. You can easily look your patients up and see their prescriptions for the past. You were obviously just being mean. Have the life you deserve my guy.

It's unheard of. You must leave a voice mail message in order to speak with a pharmacy representative. I had to go through soooo much to get a store associate just for him to explain to me the voicemail process, in which I was able to figure that out all by myself. I get put on hold for the pharmacy just to have to sit and wait on hold for several minutes. I decided to hang up since I made it to the drive through. Ridiculous.

The pharmacy is extremely helpful and friendly. I wish they were better staffed to help the employees have a better work environment. Despite the high stress work environment they have already been very friendly and helpful. They have always taken the time with me and my insurance billing. I give the staff 5 stars.

I had the best experience today at CVS! The employee was amazing! I was greeted when I walked in, she asked if I needed help finding anything, and was super kind and friendly & I appreciate that so much! She made my checkout process easy too!

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I went here to pick up a prescription and they gave me the wrong medicine. I called them to explain that the prescription I was being told to pick up was the wrong one. I ended up paying for the original prescription I had and then got sent with something else and was told I needed to use that with my original prescription. I had a really really bad reaction to this medicine and my doctor told me I should have never been given that prescription to begin with. On top of that they also did not give me the benzyl peroxide, my prescription was supposed to come with but i was still charged for it. I am now having to treat my skin for the bad reaction I had.
They did not even try to listen to me when i voiced my concern and I will never be coming back.
(This review is specifically for the pharmacy. The woman at the front was very helpful and sweet)

This is the worst pharmacy on the planet. Prepare to spend an entire day trying to fill one prescription. What a tire fire.
