Unlikely to buy anything here again. Ordered a new golf driver, then got notification that it was in and ready for pickup. In a couple days, I drove to Moore, OK to get it. They were busy, and it took a while, but I finally got my club. I was in a hurry and left without a close inspection of the club. Then the next day I go to the golf course, and discover the club is left handed. I eventually got the correct club, but the experience was far short of my expectations.

I don't Shop at Dicks much, but this store stood out for rude employees and the store being an overall mess.

Went in there to get some cleats for my son, 2 of their sales associates and one to seem the manager were just hanging around talking. I was standing right by them for 3 minutes so I interrupted them and asked one of them if they had my son’s size in stock. The sales associate and the one to seem to be the manager which the two were girls laughed while the other one who was a male helped but was very sarcastic. Never had an experience like that in that store before.
Shop somewhere else!

10/10. Vegas (tall handsome individual) really knows his stuff. He’s incredibly personable, patient, and kind. I had so many questions and he answered each and every one of them happily. I will be back! THANKYOU VEGAS!

We went in today unsure about the warranty of the bat we had purchased a little over a year ago and Kayleigh was helping us to assure we knew everything. I appreciated her kindness and helpfulness through it all. The manager Sarah was assisting us as well. Both were professional and knowledgeable.

The sales floor people really suck young kids lazy and poor customer service act like they hate their job if you don't want us using step stool to get what we need then do your job and we won't have to do it for you ! It's not that hard !

I placed an online order here from Texas before I drove in for an event in Moore. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and helped. My order was ready, and I was required to provide identification to pick up my items. I've had bad experiences with other businesses releasing my items to other people before I arrived, so I really appreciated this level of security. I decided to browse after collecting my order, and found the store to be clean and we'll organized. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this location. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it's not near my house in Texas!
