Rude associates and manager named Leann. There were three people at the front and not one of them offered to help or greet us. There were three female associates in the shoes dancing and talking and not offering to help and when we did ask for help it was an inconvenience. Issac and Trey were amazing and made the experience better.

Poor customer service. Went to buy 3 pairs of Hoka's. Only purchased two due to lack of help getting shoes from stock.

Last Sunday I visited this store and looked at golf clubs. The sales associate working at the time was most helpful. He let me test out a couple of different sets/ brands. He even used tape on the Srixon set I tried out Since they didn't have any demos of that brand to try out. I Made the drive from Davis back to Moore this afternoon with full intentions of purchasing either the Ping 425 irons or the Srixon irons and a new Driver and a Vokey wedge. Had full intentions of probably spending at least $1,500.00 or so on clubs. The young man on shift this afternoon basically acted like I was putting him out when I asked to try out the two sets I had narrowed my choices down to. Needless to say, he got my opinion of his attitude and what made it worse was the fact that the manager that I spoke with at the front of the store acted like she didn't give a rats tail about the incident. I've worked for GM for 27 years now selling cars. I know a little bit about sales. I'd guess that golf clubs are probably in the top 10 items sold in this store as far as price and profit. I'd rate the experience as a zero on a scale of 1 to 10. Dicks sporting Goods won't have to worry about Mark Rogers ever giving it a bad review again because I'll never waste my time darkening their door again!!! No excuse for that kind of service!!! The young man in the golf department needs an attitude adjustment the manager needs to watch some more training videos. I will be treating myself to a new set of golf clubs for Christmas and I will guarantee that they won't be purchased from Dick's Sporting Goods at the Moore location.

Just visited the Moore store and already knew what pair of shoes that I wanted. Went in and the sales person (Draymon)checked and they were out of my size. He was quick to offer another solution of ordering online and walked me through the process. He was able to price match the store price to the online price. Should arrive at my house in two days. Great service!!

The clerk in the golf department was extremely rude, I’m looking to buy a new set of clubs, but the clerk says he doesn’t let customers use the simulator to try the demos out... left feeling very confused on why he thinks someone would spend $1400 on a set of clubs and after being treated so poorly.

I’d give a 0 but you can’t. Sales associates were not helpful whatsoever. I asked if they had rainbow brand flip flops and the guy in footwear said “I don’t know what that is.” I explained that rainbow is a brand and they’re listed on the website- “yeah. I said I don’t know what that is.” Didn’t offer to look it up or anything???? Also that’s the third person I asked and nobody offered to help more than “i don’t know”.

Went in Sunday to buy shoes. 5 people standing at front display talking. No greeting...okay. Went to shoe dept, no one around so started using kiosk. Couple of minutes later a young man comes out holding a box. Asks my name and hands it to me. I ask if there are certain brands, styles he recommends for walking. He looks at me and walks off. No answer, nothing. Poor customer service. I decided not to purchase there. Leaving, and be same 5 people at display counter, one says have a nice day. The wall display of shoes looks great but if no one to help then what good is it? I came to BUY but left disappointed.

05/23/2023. I just left your store & probably won't be back. I wanted to try on Honka tennis shoes. The salesman was busy, so I waited. He waited on several other people that came in after I did. He looked at me several times & didn't wait on me. I waited 27 minutes & left.

Very nice store. Charles in team sports helped us hunt down a Demarini Prism bat we had been looking to find all over OKC. It was top notch customer service!

My wife and I went to Dick's looking for new running shoes. We knew next to nothing about running shoes or what to look for. Vegas was an incredible help. He answered all of our questions, brought us lots of shoes to try on. The guy was extremely profesional, patient, and polite.
