They usually are really good, I asked for a design, she said she could do it, she rushed through it and did whatever she wanted/was easiest, got mad every time I asked to switch something, totally ignored the pic and when I asked her to totally restart and just paint then brown she got mad and did a shitty job on those as well, I shouldn’t have had to pay and her coworkers were even commenting on stuff she had to fix on my nails but she ignored

They lie about their prices they change the price once you’re done. Never will I go baxk. I asked for a manager and they all started talking to each other no one spoke to me. Went to get a fill asked how much it was they told me 30 he started then told me 40 so I left.

They did a terrible job. We asked for a 3D flower and they told us they can do it and when we got done with our session there was no 3D flower and they were charging us $30-$35 extra just for it. If we knew that from the beginning we could have chosen a different design but we didn’t she didn’t let us know until she was done with my cousin nails. Plus they did a terrible job on my cousin nails it’s was thick and the ombré wasn’t even blended out. Once they were done with her nails it looked nothing like her inspo picture.

Chinny does an amazing job always! The appointment system is not the best. Sometimes you’ll show up for your appointment and they’ll tell you they’re too busy. But I’ll keep coming back for Chinny.

Took my granddaughter here for mani/pedi Paid as much as it cost for myself for basic services. Have been here before and like the atmosphere and wax for pedicure but pricy

Haven’t been here in about 5 years first because they have never been kid friendly and the manager that has more Botox than a clinic hasn’t always been very nasty you can’t say anything because that’s you been demanding such a horrible place the poor ladies that actually do a great job look miserable there. I only came because my wonderful brother made a dumb mistake and gifted me a gift card from this horrible place.. if you want a gel polish change be prepare to get 3 different prices the nail lady I had was good so that’s the only star because this place deserves BIG 0…

Absolutely hated the experience this nail salon gave me. My nail tech short replied my question and blew off my concerns of crooked nails. Way overcharged for dip with simple design. I was told $45 for dip with a tip and I got two green lines on my nails and ended up being $70 and they told me they charged to shape my nail?? Like you have to shape it after you put the tips on anyway and to charge $25 for a design that doesn't look good bc she kept putting my opinion off. Absolutely will not be back.
