This is the most ghetto store.
Changed their shelving, awesome it’s better now.
It also took them four months to clean the nasty, black, moldy sticky floor. After they changed it.
Anytime it’s over 90 degrees, they’re closed due to no ac.
Get your crap together!
I’m shopping at another store down the street.
Any store is better than this one.
The employees are great, this store is mis managed by definition.

I went into dollar general to purchase loose leave tobacco. When it popped up to ID me, I proved a triple ID. I was refused to buy tobacco. Not only that, but the cashier lady refused to talk to me indirectly, for whatever reason. I didn't not speak to hurt anyway for her to treat me the way I was treated. I asked her what her name was and she ignored me. I informed her that my trible ID was federal recognized. I asked her what her store manager name and continue to ignore me. Whoever runs the store in Moore off City Street should really think about training your employees to know how to deal with customers when problems like this arises.

I have been traveling to all the Doller General stores in moore for work lately. This store atands out of the crowd. Sarah and Angie were very knowledgeable, friend, and eager to help. It was a breath of fresh air. I appreciate their great attitudes and smiles. Keep up the good work. ?

Tried to shop. An employee said they were temporary closed Despite the fact there was no signage indicating that they were closed Parking lot was full with people that were unaware. Store could have done a lot better. Communicating it with a simple sign.

At least have your employees acknowledge your patrons. 7:30pm Dec. 26 cashier had someone on their cell speaker phone, talking throughout the gentleman in front of me as well as my whole transaction. Not a word was said to me...not a hello, goodbye or thank you. Do Better

My kids were playing in the store, not harming anyone and one of the workers told my kids “we walk in stores” and saying they know better me and my wife were walking up to the counter with my kids and the lady proceeded to talk about my kids and her daughter was smoking and it’s a no smoking place ? don’t talk about my kids let’s talk about yours ? .
