My daughter is leaving in a few days for California. Her dad and I have been concerned worried about her car. We took it to Firestone in Moore and the technician. I think his name was Rodriguez was his last name. Oh my gosh, he was so good so nice so polite so understanding he tested the battery and got us a new one installed. They’re just awesome.

Professional and clean. They make sure to charge for it though. Sent my wife here to fix a leaky tire. Ended up $500 poorer. They talked her into replacing that tire, another half aged tire, and half the lugnuts at $15 each. Convenient that the 2 tire warranties we had weren’t for those tires. Those ones are doing “fine” and don’t need to be replaced. And the lug nuts that needed to be replaced? They were the only ones who had touched them in the first place. Their heavy handed use of impact drills stripped them. I’ve been done with the price gouging at this place for a long time now. The only reason we came back was due to having warranties. Never again.

Very competent and easy to deal with. The Moore location seems to not be as covered over. Once again, this store came to the rescue. My wheel bearing started to fail. Within 2 hours, I was rolling again.

While the staff was friendly and atmosphere was nice. I had to bring back an alignment job not a week later. They say the tie toe is fine but camber is out. Don’t feel “comfortable” in loosening two bolts (24mm) to slide a bottom control arm in to address the camber issue. Wanted to sell new struts and send car to Merle’s. For the $129 alignment I think camber should be able to adjust and not blame lowering springs. Drivers side is fine passenger side has some negative camber.

The experience at Firestone/Bridgestone is always a positive one the Moore location. The staff is friendly and helpful and always go out of their way to try to accommodate us and service our needs as best they can.

The tire service was excellent. The only problem I had was when they told me my brakes and rotors needed to br replaced ASAP. I was there 6 months prior to have them look at my brakes and rotors. They said then that everything was fine. So now I don't trust them.

Used to be a very reliable auto repair shop. Not any more. Cheap OEM parts that get busted right after warranty period. I guess they have changed to subscription service like .. come change all parts we fixed and out of warranty on a regular interval..

Made an appointment on line for tire replacement and some new wiper blades. I was in an out in less than an hour. Great job!

My turn signal stopped working so I went into Firestone in moore hoping that they could fix it for me. Brandon was so nice and said that he would get some one to fix it, might be a little wait. Which was fine with me. To my surprise I didnt haft to wait long at all. I told Brandon that from now on if I had any problems with my car I would come to them. They were so nice. I am a widow and retired on top of that. And it is so nice to find a place that u can trust .

The Store at 1800 SE Broadway has the most terrible customer service. They lack common under standing of what a scheduled appointment is. They work easiest jobs first. even if they are walk-ins after a scheduled appointment has been dropped off. Dropped of my car 40 minutes prior to my appointment, at 8:20 AM, appt was at 9 AM as of 4:30 PM have not heard a word from them. I called them at 3:00 PM to inquire and was told they were just about ready to take a look at it. I WILL NEVER USE Their Services Again!!!!!!!
